【摘要】：企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過程是整合各部門互補知識的過程,互補知識的整合能力是企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的重要體現(xiàn);隱性知識難以流動、科層組織結(jié)構(gòu)和人力資源管理上的缺失,是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中整合互補知識面臨的三大障礙。為了有效地整合互補知識,促進(jìn)企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,應(yīng)當(dāng)在企業(yè)內(nèi)構(gòu)建互補知識的整合機制,包括基于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成本的轉(zhuǎn)移價格和多元化的知識交易機制、知識提供者的產(chǎn)權(quán)保障機制、共同知識與相互認(rèn)同的機制、團(tuán)隊結(jié)構(gòu)與共同治理機制、知識的有效分享與融合機制。
[Abstract]:The process of technological innovation of enterprises is the process of integrating the complementary knowledge of various departments . The integration ability of complementary knowledge is an important reflection of the innovation ability of enterprises . In order to integrate the complementary knowledge effectively and to promote the technological innovation of enterprises , the integration mechanism of complementary knowledge should be built in the enterprise . In order to effectively integrate the complementary knowledge and promote the technological innovation of enterprises , it is necessary to build the integration mechanism of complementary knowledge in the enterprise .
