【摘要】：美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設規(guī)劃在全國如火如荼的進行,在現(xiàn)行比較成功的案例中,多數(shù)是關于資源比較豐富村莊的;對于資源相對一般或者匱乏的村莊關注甚少,而此類村莊所占比例恰恰又是大多數(shù),因此研究資源一般型村莊美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設規(guī)劃具有重要意義。本文通過對邯鄲市邯鄲縣馬堡村美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設案例分析來闡述如何通過堅持生態(tài)優(yōu)先,先控制再規(guī)劃;變傳統(tǒng)"精英規(guī)劃"為村民參與的"眾規(guī)"模式以及緊抓村莊核心人力資源來進行資源一般型村莊的美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:The planning for the construction of beautiful villages is in full swing throughout the country. In the current relatively successful cases, most of them are about villages with relatively rich resources, and very little attention has been paid to villages with relatively common or scarce resources. However, the proportion of these villages is the majority, so it is of great significance to study the resource general village beautiful village construction planning. This article through Handan Handan County Ma Bao Village beautiful rural construction case analysis to explain how to insist on ecological priority, first control and planning; Changing the traditional "elite planning" into the "common rules" mode in which the villagers participate, and grasping the core human resources of the villages to carry out the beautiful rural construction planning of the common type villages.
