【摘要】：二十世紀(jì)的到來(lái),信息化的新鮮血液注入我國(guó)各行各業(yè),推動(dòng)著我國(guó)的城市化進(jìn)程步伐不斷地向前邁進(jìn),越來(lái)越多的農(nóng)村兒童被進(jìn)城務(wù)工的父母帶到城市各大社區(qū)中居住和生活。兒童是我們祖國(guó)的花朵和希望,他們是我們建設(shè)祖國(guó)的重要后援力量,也是我們國(guó)家應(yīng)對(duì)未來(lái)發(fā)展問(wèn)題的重要人力資源之一。隨著校園課程改革的不斷深入和減輕學(xué)生課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)的呼聲愈來(lái)愈高,我國(guó)小學(xué)生在假期生活中的課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)逐漸減輕,但家長(zhǎng)強(qiáng)加的負(fù)擔(dān)卻隨之不斷上升,加之近幾年兒童的假期安全問(wèn)題不斷地通過(guò)各種事實(shí)案例引起廣大國(guó)民的關(guān)注,如何幫助社區(qū)兒童健康安全的度過(guò)一個(gè)快樂(lè)而又有意義的假期成為了改善兒童假期生活狀況的首要問(wèn)題。因此,如何讓城市社區(qū)兒童度過(guò)積極、有意義和安全的假期也成為了社會(huì)工作者介入實(shí)踐的一個(gè)重要領(lǐng)域。本文主要有四個(gè)部分組成,筆者主要以合肥市J社區(qū)為調(diào)查點(diǎn),以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談等形式,對(duì)社區(qū)管轄范圍內(nèi)兒童進(jìn)行關(guān)于假期生活現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。立足本調(diào)查點(diǎn)社區(qū)兒童假期生活現(xiàn)狀和原因分析,對(duì)社會(huì)工作介入社區(qū)兒童假期生活的可行性分析研究,以小組工作介入為主,個(gè)案工作介入為輔為進(jìn)一步完善和提升我國(guó)城市社區(qū)兒童的假期生活質(zhì)量獻(xiàn)策。第一部分為緒論,是對(duì)整篇文章的概括和引導(dǎo),主要內(nèi)容包括本文的選題背景和意義、與本文研究?jī)?nèi)容相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究概況、以及研究思路和研究中所使用的主要調(diào)查方法,還包括了本文調(diào)查點(diǎn)社區(qū)的主要概況介紹。第二部分是基于對(duì)調(diào)查點(diǎn)J社區(qū)的兒童假期生活現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,對(duì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,并針對(duì)現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題深入分析了造成這些現(xiàn)狀的原因。分別涉及到了社區(qū)兒童生活內(nèi)容、人際交往、父母陪伴和安全防范四個(gè)方面。第三部分是結(jié)合社會(huì)工作的相關(guān)知識(shí),對(duì)社會(huì)工作介入社區(qū)兒童假期生活的可行性進(jìn)行了深入分析。并結(jié)合對(duì)本調(diào)查點(diǎn)兒童假期現(xiàn)狀的分析和社會(huì)工作者在介入過(guò)程中的角色,以小組工作介入為主,個(gè)案工作介入為輔,對(duì)社會(huì)工作介入社區(qū)兒童假期生活進(jìn)行分析。第四部分主要根據(jù)介入的效果進(jìn)行反思,并在最后結(jié)合本調(diào)查點(diǎn)的社會(huì)工作介入情況提出關(guān)于改善社區(qū)兒童假期生活現(xiàn)狀的建議。社會(huì)工作介入社區(qū)兒童的假期生活是很有必要的,通過(guò)日常各類(lèi)小組活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展,來(lái)豐富社區(qū)兒童的精神生活,培養(yǎng)他們的生理和心理都健康向上的成長(zhǎng),也在一定程度上減輕了家長(zhǎng)的負(fù)擔(dān),讓其不再為孩子假期里的人際交往,學(xué)習(xí)安排和安全問(wèn)題發(fā)愁,同時(shí),還豐富了社區(qū)的工作內(nèi)容,促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The arrival of twentieth Century, the information of the fresh blood into all walks of life, promoting the pace of China's urbanization progress continuously forward, more and more rural children have been brought into the city of the parents of the cities to live and live. Children are the flowers and hopes of our motherland, they are the weight of our country building. It is also one of the important human resources for our country to deal with the future development problems. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the campus curriculum and the increasing voice of reducing the burden of students' classes, the burden of schoolchildren in our country is gradually relieved, but the burdens of the parents are increasing, and in recent years. The problem of children's holiday safety has constantly aroused the attention of the people through various facts. How to help the children in the health and safety of the community to spend a happy and meaningful holiday has become the primary problem to improve the living conditions of children's holidays. Therefore, how to make the urban community children spend a positive, meaningful and safe holiday It has become an important field for social workers to intervene in practice. This article mainly consists of four parts. The author mainly takes the J community in Hefei as the survey point, and surveys the children in the community jurisdiction by questionnaire survey and interview. Analysis, the feasibility analysis of social work intervention in community children's vacation life, taking group intervention as the main intervention, the case work intervention is supplemented to further improve and improve the quality of holiday life of urban community children in our country. The first part is the introduction, which is the summary and guidance of the whole article, the main contents include the topic of this article. Background and significance, the survey of domestic and foreign research related to the content of this article, and the main investigation methods used in the research ideas and research, including the main survey of the community in this article. The second part is based on the investigation of the present situation of the children's holiday life in the J community. The present situation has analyzed the causes of these situations in depth. It relates to four aspects of community children's life content, interpersonal communication, parent company and safety precaution. The third part is a thorough analysis of the feasibility of the social work involved in the community children's vacation life in the community, combining with the relevant knowledge of social work. The analysis of the status of children's holidays and the role of social workers in the intervention process, mainly with the intervention of group work and the intervention of case work, analyzed the social work intervention in the community children's vacation life. The fourth part was mainly based on the effect of intervention, and finally combined with the social work intervention of this survey point. Suggestions on improving the living conditions of children in the community are put forward. Social work is necessary to intervene in the holiday life of the children in the community. Through the activities of various groups of daily groups, it is necessary to enrich the spiritual life of the children in the community, cultivate their physical and psychological healthy and healthy growth, and to a certain extent reduce the burden of the parents. Let it no longer worry about the interpersonal interaction, learning arrangements and safety problems of children during the vacation. At the same time, it also enriched the work content of the community and promoted the harmonious development of society.
