社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系下的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:教育部在2012年,將“創(chuàng)業(yè)教育”列為“轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家和人力資源強(qiáng)國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略舉措”,黨的十八大明確提出,要加大創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)支持力度。習(xí)近平主席多次做出重要指示,要將教育體制改革,人才培養(yǎng),落實(shí)在“注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神,造就規(guī)模宏大、富有創(chuàng)新精神、敢于承擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍”上。2015年5月,國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于深化搞定學(xué)校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革的實(shí)施意見(jiàn)》。創(chuàng)業(yè)教育已經(jīng)成為新時(shí)期高校教育工作的重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié),本文結(jié)合社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的主要內(nèi)容,以吉林省為例分四個(gè)部分探究了當(dāng)前創(chuàng)業(yè)教育存在的主要問(wèn)題,并提出解決對(duì)策。本文共分四個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論部分。包括選題的背景、意義,研究的目的和方法,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分為理論部分。明確了創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的定義,對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的內(nèi)容和地位進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的必要性、以及二者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了梳理。第三部分為現(xiàn)實(shí)分析部分。以吉林省為例,對(duì)當(dāng)前創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述,同時(shí),從創(chuàng)業(yè)主體、教育教學(xué)和創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境的角度分析了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育存在的問(wèn)題。第四部分為對(duì)策部分。針對(duì)尚未提出的問(wèn)題,本文認(rèn)為,首先應(yīng)該將社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系貫穿創(chuàng)業(yè)教育全過(guò)程,包括端正創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)、鼓舞創(chuàng)業(yè)熱情、提升創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)、端正創(chuàng)業(yè)心態(tài);其次,應(yīng)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革,包括加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中的社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀內(nèi)容,加強(qiáng)專業(yè)師資隊(duì)伍兼施,豐富教學(xué)內(nèi)容等。最后,要以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系營(yíng)造良好創(chuàng)業(yè)氛圍,包括媒體宣傳氛圍,社會(huì)氛圍和校園氛圍等。
[Abstract]:In 2012, the Ministry of Education listed "entrepreneurship education" as a "strategic measure to change the mode of economic development and build an innovative country and a powerful human resources country". President Xi Jinping has made important instructions on many occasions to carry out the reform of the educational system and the training of talents in the following ways: "pay attention to cultivating students' innovative spirit, and bring up a large scale and full of innovative spirit." In May 2015, the General Office of the State Council issued opinions on deepening the Reform of School Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education. Entrepreneurship education has become a key link in the education work of colleges and universities in the new period. This paper, in combination with the main contents of the socialist core value system, takes Jilin Province as an example to explore the main problems existing in the current entrepreneurship education in four parts. And puts forward the solution countermeasure. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction. Including the background, significance, research purposes and methods, as well as domestic and foreign research status. The second part is the theoretical part. This paper clarifies the definition of entrepreneurship education and college students' entrepreneurship education, explains the content and status of socialist core value system, and on this basis, discusses the necessity of leading college students' entrepreneurship education by socialist core value system. And the relationship between the two are combed. The third part is the reality analysis part. Taking Jilin Province as an example, this paper describes the current development of entrepreneurship education, and analyzes the problems in entrepreneurship education for college students from the perspectives of entrepreneurship subject, education and teaching, and entrepreneurial environment. The fourth part is the countermeasure part. In view of the problems that have not yet been raised, this paper holds that the socialist core value system should be run through the whole process of entrepreneurship education, including rectifying entrepreneurial awareness, encouraging entrepreneurial enthusiasm, promoting entrepreneurial quality, and correcting entrepreneurial mentality. The socialist core value system should lead the reform of college students' entrepreneurship education, including strengthening the content of socialist core values in college students' entrepreneurship education, strengthening the team of professional teachers and enriching the teaching contents and so on. Finally, the socialist core value system should be used to create a good atmosphere of entrepreneurship, including the atmosphere of media publicity, social atmosphere and campus atmosphere.
