【摘要】：在知識發(fā)展迅速的現(xiàn)今社會,人力資源是一個企業(yè)的最主要資源,無論是經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值,社會價(jià)值,還是其他價(jià)值的的產(chǎn)生都是要依靠人力資源來實(shí)現(xiàn),同時企業(yè)的社會地位,戰(zhàn)略性目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),未來的發(fā)展等也一定都離不開人力資源。所以,人力資源的規(guī)劃編制當(dāng)是一個企業(yè)的首要工作。
[Abstract]:In today's society where knowledge is developing rapidly, human resource is the most important resource of an enterprise. Whether it is economic value, social value or other value, it must be realized by human resources, and at the same time, the social status of enterprise. The realization of strategic goals and future development must also be inseparable from human resources. Therefore, the planning of human resources should be the first job of an enterprise.
