【摘要】：職業(yè)通用能力的培養(yǎng)具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義,是世界職業(yè)教育和人力資源開發(fā)的發(fā)展趨勢,是我國職業(yè)教育改革的必然。對高職生的職業(yè)能力結(jié)構(gòu)及起主導(dǎo)性的能力目標(biāo)進行分析,將"交流與合作"作為當(dāng)前比較關(guān)鍵的高職學(xué)生亟待提高的能力,進行職業(yè)通用能力培養(yǎng)模式及相關(guān)課程設(shè)計的探索。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of general vocational ability is of great practical significance, is the development trend of the world vocational education and human resources development, and is the necessity of the vocational education reform in our country. Based on the analysis of vocational ability structure and leading ability goal of vocational college students, "communication and cooperation" is regarded as the key ability of vocational college students to be improved. To explore the general vocational ability training model and related curriculum design.
