基于知識創(chuàng)新的企業(yè)人力資源績效評價研究

【摘要】:本文以面向知識創(chuàng)新的企業(yè)人力資源績效評價問題為研究對象,在分析知識創(chuàng)新的概念及其對企業(yè)發(fā)展作用機理的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了由知識創(chuàng)新的基礎(chǔ)水平、知識創(chuàng)新合作意識、知識創(chuàng)新吸收能力和知識創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出能力構(gòu)成的企業(yè)人力資源績效評價體系,并以某航天科研院所為對象進行了實證研究。最后,從建立績效評價體系的動態(tài)調(diào)整機制、建立員工知識創(chuàng)新能力提升機制、建立面向知識管理的績效管理職能機構(gòu)和建立基于績效評價結(jié)果的激勵機制等方面提出了進一步提高知識創(chuàng)新背景下的企業(yè)人力資源績效管理水平的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the concept of knowledge innovation and the mechanism of enterprise development , this paper puts forward the enterprise ' s human resources performance evaluation system composed of knowledge innovation , knowledge innovation cooperation consciousness , knowledge innovation absorptive capacity and knowledge innovation output ability , and puts forward some countermeasures to further improve the management level of enterprise human resources performance under the background of knowledge innovation from the establishment of the dynamic adjustment mechanism of knowledge innovation , the establishment of the performance management function mechanism for knowledge management and the establishment of incentive mechanism based on performance evaluation result .
