YJ公司員工培訓(xùn)管理改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的人力資源質(zhì)量對于企業(yè)發(fā)展具有至關(guān)重要的作用,針對企業(yè)員工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)可以有效提高人力資源質(zhì)量,當(dāng)前許多公司都致力于結(jié)合工作實際,建立良好的培訓(xùn)體系,提升員工素質(zhì)。YJ公司是某知名百貨零售類企業(yè),主營業(yè)務(wù)銷售鞋類產(chǎn)品,自九十年代末期,百貨行業(yè)經(jīng)歷了十幾年的迅速發(fā)展,連鎖店同樣迅猛擴(kuò)張,與此同時,員工素質(zhì)與企業(yè)發(fā)展的速度嚴(yán)重不同步。同時伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,線下實體企業(yè)受到網(wǎng)上商城的擠壓,零售企業(yè)遭遇巨大挑戰(zhàn),利潤大大降低。為了提升企業(yè)的競爭力,YJ公司致力于優(yōu)化自身的人力資源培訓(xùn)體系,加強員工的培訓(xùn)工作,提升員工整體素質(zhì)以應(yīng)對于行業(yè)競爭。本文以YJ公司員工培訓(xùn)管理為研究對象,通過對YJ公司人員構(gòu)成以及當(dāng)前培訓(xùn)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入分析,結(jié)合YJ公司員工進(jìn)行了培訓(xùn)管理問卷調(diào)查,總結(jié)分析了 YJ公司在目前員工培訓(xùn)管理中存在的問題以及現(xiàn)狀。同時本文通過層次分析法,對YJ公司培訓(xùn)管理影響因素進(jìn)行研究,得出了具有一定意義的研究結(jié)果,影響YJ公司培訓(xùn)管理的主要因素依次為培訓(xùn)講師、員工發(fā)展等6大因素。由該6個大因素延伸出了 22個子因素,研究得出影響YJ公司員工培訓(xùn)管理的子因素主要為員工個人發(fā)展、講師授課風(fēng)格、講師管理、課程時間、職位能力等。除此之外,通過與麥當(dāng)勞培訓(xùn)對比發(fā)現(xiàn)了 YJ公司培訓(xùn)中存在的問題等。針對存在的主要問題,本文對相關(guān)問題提出了合理化建議和措施,如:建立適用于本公司的培訓(xùn)制度,了解員工的培訓(xùn)需求;建立培訓(xùn)講師制度,培養(yǎng)內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)講師,鼓勵員工參與性,增加員工激勵措施,加強培訓(xùn)講師管理等;完善培訓(xùn)評估機(jī)制,做到良好評估習(xí)慣,并且加強員工個人能力發(fā)展建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The quality of human resources in modern enterprises plays an important role in the development of enterprises. Training for employees can effectively improve the quality of human resources. At present, many companies are committed to establishing a good training system in combination with the actual work. Improving the quality of employees. YJ Company is a well-known department store retail enterprise, whose main business is selling footwear products. Since the late 1990s, the department store industry has experienced rapid development for more than a decade, and chain stores have also expanded rapidly, while at the same time, Staff quality and the pace of enterprise development is seriously out of sync. At the same time, with the continuous development of the Internet economy, the offline entity enterprises are squeezed by the online shopping mall, the retail enterprises encounter enormous challenges, and the profits are greatly reduced. In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, YJ Company is committed to optimize its own human resources training system, strengthen the training of staff, improve the overall quality of employees to cope with the competition in the industry. This paper takes the training management of YJ Company as the research object, through the in-depth analysis of the personnel composition of YJ Company and the current situation of training management, combined with the YJ company staff training management questionnaire survey. This paper summarizes and analyzes the existing problems and current situation of YJ company in the management of employee training. At the same time, through the Analytic hierarchy process, this paper studies the influencing factors of training management in YJ Company, and draws some meaningful research results. The main factors affecting training management of YJ Company are training instructor, employee development and so on. From these six factors, 22 sub-factors are extended. The research shows that the sub-factors that affect the training management of YJ Company are personal development, instructor teaching style, instructor management, course time, position ability and so on. In addition, through the comparison with McDonald's training found the YJ company training problems and so on. In view of the main problems, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions and measures, such as establishing the training system suitable for the company, understanding the training needs of the staff, establishing the training instructor system, training the internal training instructor, Encourage employees to participate, increase staff incentives, strengthen the management of training lecturers, improve the training evaluation mechanism, achieve good evaluation habits, and strengthen the individual ability development of employees.
