【摘要】：在現(xiàn)階段新形勢下,醫(yī)院尤其是公立醫(yī)院的人力資源開發(fā)和管理對醫(yī)院自身的發(fā)展越來越重要。本文從醫(yī)院人力資源開發(fā)與管理的現(xiàn)狀入手,分析其必然原因,并探討相應的提升策略,以提升醫(yī)院活力,提高醫(yī)院工作效率,加快公立醫(yī)院改革,提高整體醫(yī)院醫(yī)務人員素質,對醫(yī)院的發(fā)展和建設提供保障。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, the development and management of human resources in hospitals, especially in public hospitals, is becoming more and more important to the development of hospitals themselves. Starting with the present situation of the development and management of human resources in hospitals, this paper analyzes the inevitable causes, and probes into the corresponding promotion strategies in order to promote the vitality of hospitals, improve the efficiency of hospital work, and speed up the reform of public hospitals. Improve the quality of the overall hospital medical personnel, to provide protection for the development and construction of the hospital.
