【摘要】：作為職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)體系中的重要對(duì)象,一直以來(lái)農(nóng)民工的發(fā)展受到社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注。作為區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的伴生現(xiàn)象,農(nóng)民工為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻(xiàn),同時(shí)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也對(duì)農(nóng)民工的從業(yè)素質(zhì)提出了更高要求。本文選取了山東省濱州市主要從事加工制造業(yè)的農(nóng)民工為調(diào)研對(duì)象,對(duì)農(nóng)民工的從業(yè)素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀及現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入剖析,以期對(duì)農(nóng)民工從業(yè)素質(zhì)的提升實(shí)踐有所啟示,對(duì)促進(jìn)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和農(nóng)民工從業(yè)素質(zhì)的良性互動(dòng)有所貢獻(xiàn)。論文共分為六個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章緒論介紹了研究背景及意義,并在文獻(xiàn)綜述中梳理了已有的研究成果,為本研究找到了研究的空間,在研究設(shè)計(jì)中說(shuō)明了論文的核心問(wèn)題及技術(shù)路線(xiàn)等。第二章綜述了調(diào)研實(shí)施的過(guò)程。首先基于預(yù)調(diào)研及麥克萊蘭(David McClelland)的“冰山模型”理論和博亞特茲(Richard Boyatzis)的“洋蔥模型”理論修訂出從業(yè)素質(zhì)的框架,在此基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)發(fā)出了問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行發(fā)放,最后就收集的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)及訪談資料進(jìn)行整理。第三章是濱州市產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)農(nóng)民工從業(yè)素質(zhì)的需求研究,介紹了該區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的情況,從產(chǎn)業(yè)層面、企業(yè)層面和發(fā)展理念三個(gè)方面對(duì)從業(yè)素質(zhì)的需求進(jìn)行了闡述。第四章是基于問(wèn)卷分析結(jié)果的山東省濱州市農(nóng)民工的從業(yè)素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀,從身體素質(zhì)、文化素養(yǎng)、崗位技能、職業(yè)認(rèn)知四個(gè)維度進(jìn)行了分析。第五章基于區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展視角,從農(nóng)民工個(gè)體發(fā)展、與企業(yè)需求的差距及從業(yè)素質(zhì)的提升路徑三個(gè)維度對(duì)農(nóng)民工從業(yè)素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。第六章是研究結(jié)論與反思,對(duì)整個(gè)論文進(jìn)行回顧,基于以上的實(shí)證資料及文獻(xiàn)梳理總結(jié)出研究結(jié)論,并對(duì)后續(xù)研究進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:As an important object in the vocational education and training system, the development of migrant workers has been widely concerned by all walks of life. As an accompanying phenomenon of the adjustment of regional industrial structure, migrant workers have made important contributions to the development of regional economy. At the same time, the development of regional industries has put forward higher requirements for the quality of migrant workers' employment. This paper selects migrant workers who are mainly engaged in processing manufacturing industry in Binzhou City of Shandong Province as the object of investigation, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of migrant workers' working quality in order to enlighten the practice of improving the working quality of migrant workers. To promote regional industrial development and the quality of migrant workers good interaction has contributed. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research, combs the existing research results in the literature review, finds the research space for this study, and explains the core problems and technical routes in the research design. The second chapter summarizes the process of research and implementation. First of all, based on the pre-survey and Mcclelland David McClelland's "iceberg model" theory and Boyatzis-Richard Boyatzis-based "onion model" theory, the framework of the practice quality is revised, and a questionnaire is developed for distribution. Finally, the collected statistical data and interview data are collated. The third chapter is about the demand of industrial development of Binzhou city on the quality of migrant workers. It introduces the situation of industrial development in this region, and expounds the demand of the quality of migrant workers from three aspects: industrial level, enterprise level and development concept. The fourth chapter is based on the results of questionnaire analysis of the status quo of migrant workers in Binzhou City Shandong Province from the physical quality cultural literacy post skills career cognition four dimensions were analyzed. The fifth chapter, based on the perspective of regional industrial development, analyzes the existing problems of migrant workers' employment quality from the three dimensions of individual development of migrant workers, the gap between the individual development of migrant workers and the needs of enterprises and the way to improve the quality of migrant workers. The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the study and reflection, the review of the whole paper, based on the empirical data and literature summarized the conclusions of the study, and future research prospects.
