知識(shí)型員工心理契約違背的影響及預(yù)防措施探析

【摘要】:本文從知識(shí)型員工的特征出發(fā),在對(duì)知識(shí)型員工心理契約違背的形成過(guò)程進(jìn)行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了知識(shí)型員工心理契約違背發(fā)生后可能采取的行為及對(duì)組織造成的影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出通過(guò)在招聘過(guò)程中傳遞真實(shí)信息、加強(qiáng)心理契約層面的溝通、建立公平、公正、公開(kāi)的考評(píng)機(jī)制等措施來(lái)達(dá)到預(yù)防心理契約違背發(fā)生的目的。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing the forming process of the psychological contract violation of knowledge workers, this paper analyzes the possible behavior and the influence on the organization after the psychological contract breach of knowledge worker occurs. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some measures to prevent psychological contract violation by transmitting real information in the recruitment process, strengthening the communication at the psychological contract level, establishing fair, just and open evaluation mechanism and so on.
