【摘要】：民間金融服務(wù)體系建設(shè)是國(guó)家或地區(qū)金融市場(chǎng)建設(shè)的重要組織部分,也是不斷完善社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)布局和促進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的重要支撐體系。本文基于溫州金融改革的視角,對(duì)當(dāng)前民間金融服務(wù)體系建設(shè)進(jìn)行了深入的思考,內(nèi)容涉及民間金融服務(wù)體系相關(guān)概念、主體角色定位、服務(wù)體制與機(jī)制、民間金融機(jī)構(gòu)或組織建設(shè)與人力資源配置、服務(wù)體系建設(shè)目標(biāo)與實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑、完善民間金融服務(wù)體系建設(shè)主要著力點(diǎn)等多個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:The construction of folk financial service system is an important part of the national or regional financial market construction, and it is also an important supporting system to improve the industrial layout of social economy and promote the transformation and upgrading. Based on the perspective of Wenzhou financial reform, this paper makes a deep thinking on the construction of the current private financial service system, including the related concepts of the private financial service system, the positioning of the main role, the service system and the mechanism. The construction of non-governmental financial institutions or organizations and the allocation of human resources, the construction of service system objectives and ways to achieve, improve the construction of private financial services system, and so on.
