【摘要】：大學(xué)生作為極其重要的人力資源,是我國實(shí)施科教興國、人才強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略,實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國夢,全面建成小康社會宏偉藍(lán)圖的重要力量。當(dāng)下,高等教育大眾化與社會所需人才專業(yè)化之間所形成的矛盾使得大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題尤為嚴(yán)峻。大學(xué)生能否達(dá)到合理配置,實(shí)現(xiàn)人與職業(yè)的最佳匹配,關(guān)系到能否切實(shí)促進(jìn)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、民生改善和社會穩(wěn)定等諸多方面,也關(guān)系到高校及大學(xué)生個人價值能否充分體現(xiàn)。因此,有效開展大學(xué)生職業(yè)指導(dǎo)并達(dá)成人職最佳匹配,已經(jīng)成為國家、高校及大學(xué)生的必然要求,意義深遠(yuǎn)。本文以“人職匹配”理念為指導(dǎo),綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)檢索法、問卷調(diào)查法、比較法、歷史研究法等,按照“調(diào)查現(xiàn)狀—分析問題—提出建議”的基本思路,研究我國大學(xué)生職業(yè)指導(dǎo)問題。本論文由五個部分構(gòu)成:第一章,緒論。該部分主要包括研究問題的提出與意義、相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究思路與方法、研究難點(diǎn)與創(chuàng)新之處,旨在厘清論文的整體研究框架,為構(gòu)建論文主體奠定基礎(chǔ)。第二章,人職匹配相關(guān)職業(yè)指導(dǎo)理論概述。主要闡明人職匹配理論的含義與緣起、主要派系與發(fā)展,分析人職匹配理論對我國大學(xué)生職業(yè)指導(dǎo)的重要意義。第三章,當(dāng)前大學(xué)生職業(yè)指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查研究。以“人職匹配”為重要理論依據(jù),針對我國目前大學(xué)生職業(yè)指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)狀設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷,采用問卷調(diào)查法對山東、江西部分高校進(jìn)行調(diào)研并分析數(shù)據(jù),以此來了解我國當(dāng)前大學(xué)生職業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作現(xiàn)狀。第四章,當(dāng)前大學(xué)生職業(yè)指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)狀分析及存在的主要問題。結(jié)合本論文調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),分析我國當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及大學(xué)生職業(yè)指導(dǎo)的總體情況,總結(jié)其中存在的主要問題。第五章,對大學(xué)生職業(yè)指導(dǎo)的建議與策略。這是本論文的核心重點(diǎn)章節(jié),本人依次從國家、高校及學(xué)生三大層面,緊貼“人職匹配”相關(guān)理念,為完善我國大學(xué)生的職業(yè)指導(dǎo)提出相應(yīng)的建議,希望能夠?yàn)檠芯课覈髮W(xué)生職業(yè)指導(dǎo)提供一定角度,交流探討。
[Abstract]:As an extremely important human resource, college students are the important force for our country to carry out the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, the strategy of strengthening the country by talents, realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese Dream of the Chinese nation and building a grand blueprint of a well-off society in an all-round way At present, the contradiction between the popularization of higher education and the specialization of social talents makes the employment problem of college students especially severe. Whether college students can achieve reasonable allocation and realize the best match between people and occupation is related to the promotion of national economic development, the improvement of people's livelihood and social stability and so on. It also concerns whether the individual value of colleges and universities and college students can be fully reflected. Therefore, it has become an inevitable requirement of the country, colleges and universities and college students to carry out career guidance and achieve the best match of personnel and positions effectively, with far-reaching significance. Under the guidance of the concept of "personnel and job matching", this paper synthetically applies the methods of literature retrieval, questionnaire survey, comparison, history research and so on, according to the basic idea of "investigation actuality-analysis problem-put forward suggestions". To study the vocational guidance of college students in China. This thesis consists of five parts: chapter one, introduction. This part mainly includes the research questions and significance, related research literature review, research ideas and methods, research difficulties and innovations, in order to clarify the overall research framework and lay the foundation for the construction of the main body of the paper. The second chapter, personnel matching related career guidance theory overview. This paper mainly expounds the meaning and origin of the theory of personnel and job matching, the main factions and its development, and analyzes the significance of the theory of personnel and job matching to the career guidance of college students in our country. The third chapter, the current situation of college students career guidance investigation and research. Based on the important theoretical basis of "personnel and job matching", a questionnaire is designed for the present situation of college students' career guidance in our country. The questionnaire is used to investigate and analyze the data of some colleges and universities in Shandong and Jiangxi. In order to understand the current status of career guidance for college students in China. The fourth chapter, the current status of college students career guidance and the main problems. Based on the data of this paper, this paper analyzes the present situation of college students' employment and the general situation of college students' career guidance, and summarizes the main problems. The fifth chapter, the suggestion and the strategy to the university student occupation instruction. This is the key chapter of this paper. I put forward the corresponding suggestions from three levels of the country, university and students, which are closely related to the concept of "personnel and job matching", in order to improve the career guidance of college students in our country. Hope to provide a certain angle for the study of career guidance of college students in China, exchange and discussion.
