【摘要】：對(duì)高校教師隊(duì)伍進(jìn)行科學(xué)的構(gòu)建是實(shí)現(xiàn)高校高質(zhì)量教學(xué)的關(guān)鍵,這也是各高校在新時(shí)期實(shí)現(xiàn)改革的一個(gè)重要途徑。戰(zhàn)略人力資源管理對(duì)于構(gòu)建高質(zhì)量、高學(xué)術(shù)及高素質(zhì)的教師隊(duì)伍具有重要作用。隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,時(shí)代的變遷,國家對(duì)高校教育的重視,使得各高校得跟著時(shí)代潮流創(chuàng)新優(yōu)化高校教師隊(duì)伍,應(yīng)用科學(xué)的管理手段來重新構(gòu)建高校的教師隊(duì)伍。本文主要從戰(zhàn)略人力資源管理視域下來重新審視高校的教師隊(duì)伍,并且提出建議在戰(zhàn)略人力資源管理視域下重新構(gòu)建科學(xué)的高校教師隊(duì)伍。
[Abstract]:The scientific construction of college teachers is the key to the realization of high quality teaching in colleges and universities, which is also an important way to realize the reform of colleges and universities in the new period. Strategic human resource management plays an important role in the construction of high-quality, high-academic and high-quality teachers. With the progress of the society, the change of the times and the attention paid by the state to the education of colleges and universities, the colleges and universities have to follow the trend of the times to innovate and optimize the teaching staff of colleges and universities, and to apply scientific management methods to rebuild the teaching staff of colleges and universities. This paper reviews the faculty of colleges and universities from the perspective of strategic human resources management, and puts forward some suggestions on how to rebuild the scientific teaching staff under the perspective of strategic human resources management.
