南昌市東湖區(qū)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)人員高血壓防控能力現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:目的了解南昌市東湖區(qū)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)(community health service,CHS)人員高血壓相關(guān)知識(shí)與技能等現(xiàn)狀,以了解社區(qū)醫(yī)療隊(duì)伍對(duì)高血壓的綜合防治能力,為東湖區(qū)高血壓綜合防控措施的制定提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用普查法,對(duì)東湖區(qū)24家CHS機(jī)構(gòu)的390名工作人員進(jìn)行相關(guān)調(diào)查,并對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果東湖區(qū)CHS機(jī)構(gòu)390名工作人員中,醫(yī)護(hù)人員占74.36%(290名),學(xué)歷以專科為主,占68.46%;職稱以初級(jí)為主,占47.95%,每千人擁有社區(qū)醫(yī)生0.30人,醫(yī)護(hù)比為1.34∶1。醫(yī)護(hù)人員高血壓防治培訓(xùn)率為87.59%,省級(jí)以上培訓(xùn)率為25.98%;高血壓藥物、危險(xiǎn)因素、預(yù)防、治療、并發(fā)癥、測量、隨訪7個(gè)方面的知識(shí)知曉率分別為43.79%、80.69%、87.24%、53.10%、90.69%、96.90%、78.62%;高血壓防治工作、建檔、隨訪、自我管理小組指導(dǎo)參與率分別為93.10%、85.52%、53.79%、20.69%;不同醫(yī)護(hù)人員高血壓相關(guān)知識(shí)的知曉率及相關(guān)工作的參與率差別均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均有P0.05);高血壓治療和預(yù)防工作滿意率分別為31.04%、32.41%。結(jié)論 CHS人力資源配置需優(yōu)化;宜采取相關(guān)措施,提高醫(yī)護(hù)人員的高血壓防控工作能力、參與度及滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of hypertension related knowledge and skills of community health service staff in Donghu District, Nanchang City, so as to understand the comprehensive prevention and treatment ability of community medical team to hypertension. To provide a reference for the establishment of comprehensive prevention and control measures for hypertension in the East Lake region. Methods A census method was used to investigate 390 staff of 24 CHS institutions in the East Lake region, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results among the 390 staff of CHS in Donghu District, medical and nursing staff accounted for 74.36 / 290, academic qualifications were mainly specialized, accounting for 68.46.The professional titles were primary, accounting for 47.950.There were 0.30 community doctors per thousand people, and the ratio of medical care to medical care was 1.34: 1. The training rate of hypertension prevention and treatment for medical and nursing personnel was 87.59 and the training rate above the provincial level was 25.98; the knowledge awareness rate of hypertension drugs, risk factors, prevention, treatment, complications, measurement and follow-up was 43.79 and 80.690.69; the awareness rate of hypertension prevention and treatment was 83.100.69; the prevention and treatment of hypertension, establishment of archives, follow-up, follow-up, The participation rate of self-management group in guidance was 93.105.52 and 53.790.69, the awareness rate of hypertension related knowledge and the participation rate of related work among different medical personnel were statistically significant (all P 0.05; the satisfaction rate of hypertension treatment and prevention was 31.04 and 32.41, respectively). Conclusion the allocation of human resources in CHS should be optimized, and relevant measures should be taken to improve the ability, participation and satisfaction of medical staff in the prevention and control of hypertension.
