【摘要】：退休科研人員普遍具有較高的專業(yè)技術(shù)水平,豐富的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),更有一顆"春蠶到死絲方盡"的報(bào)國情懷,是具有很大智力潛能、亟待開發(fā)的寶貴人力資源。如何利用好這些人力資源的作用,發(fā)揮離退休科研人員余熱,對保持經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。近些年,一批高科技人才已進(jìn)入退休高峰,這無疑給科研工作和學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域帶來一些影響,也使科研院所個(gè)別專業(yè)高科技人才資源面臨短缺和斷層的危機(jī)。目前如何利用好這些人力資源,充分發(fā)揮離退休科研人員的作用,對保持經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Retired scientific research personnel generally have a high level of professional technology, rich practical experience, and a "spring silkworm to die silk" feelings of serving the country, is a great intellectual potential, urgent development of valuable human resources. How to make good use of these human resources and give full play to the surplus heat of retired scientific research personnel is of great significance to maintain the sustained and healthy development of the economy. In recent years, a group of hi-tech talents have entered the peak of retirement, which undoubtedly brings some influence to scientific research work and academic field, and also makes the resources of individual specialized hi-tech talents in scientific research institutes face the shortage and the crisis of fault. At present, how to make good use of these human resources and give full play to the role of retired scientific research personnel is of great significance to maintain the sustained and healthy development of the economy.
