【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的發(fā)展是加快農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的重要路徑�；诮M織協(xié)同理論,構(gòu)建了農(nóng)業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織協(xié)同機(jī)制及其驅(qū)動(dòng)因素的理論模型,采用SEM模型對(duì)該理論模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,探討了農(nóng)業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織協(xié)同的結(jié)構(gòu)特征、運(yùn)行機(jī)制與內(nèi)外驅(qū)動(dòng)因素的作用機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,農(nóng)業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的外部和內(nèi)部驅(qū)動(dòng)因素對(duì)組織的協(xié)同結(jié)構(gòu)具有顯著影響作用,內(nèi)部驅(qū)動(dòng)因素和組織協(xié)同結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)組織協(xié)同的運(yùn)行機(jī)制具有顯著直接影響作用,同時(shí)內(nèi)外部驅(qū)動(dòng)因素通過組織協(xié)同結(jié)構(gòu)間接影響組織協(xié)同運(yùn)行機(jī)制。農(nóng)業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織協(xié)同驅(qū)動(dòng)因素、組織協(xié)同結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)行特征之間存在顯著的多階因果鏈的邏輯關(guān)系;農(nóng)業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的協(xié)同是內(nèi)外驅(qū)動(dòng)因素作用的結(jié)果。研究闡明了人力資源、政府促進(jìn)、契約規(guī)范與廣泛參與是當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織協(xié)同的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)因素等結(jié)論。提出了建立高效能的農(nóng)業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織,必須重視人力資源及政府等驅(qū)動(dòng)因素的影響,并運(yùn)用有效驅(qū)動(dòng)力來改善或構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織合理的協(xié)同結(jié)構(gòu),通過合理的協(xié)同結(jié)構(gòu)來帶動(dòng)組織的健康運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:The development of agricultural cooperative economic organization is an important way to speed up the development of agricultural modernization. Based on the theory of organization coordination, this paper constructs a theoretical model of cooperative mechanism and its driving factors of agricultural cooperative economic organizations, analyzes the theoretical model by using SEM model, and probes into the structural characteristics of agricultural cooperative economic organization coordination. The mechanism of operation and internal and external driving factors. The results show that the external and internal drivers of agricultural cooperative economic organizations have a significant impact on the cooperative structure of the organization, and the internal drivers and the cooperative structure of the organization have a significant direct impact on the operational mechanism of organizational coordination. At the same time, internal and external drivers indirectly affect the mechanism of organizational coordination through the structure of organizational collaboration. The cooperative driving factors of agricultural cooperative economic organizations, the logical relationship between the cooperative structure and the operational characteristics of agricultural cooperative economic organizations, and the coordination of agricultural cooperative economic organizations are the result of internal and external driving factors. The conclusion is that human resource, government promotion, contract norm and extensive participation are the main driving factors of agricultural cooperative organization. It is pointed out that in order to establish a highly efficient agricultural cooperative economic organization, we must pay attention to the influence of human resources and government, and use effective driving force to improve or construct a reasonable cooperative structure of agricultural cooperative economic organization. To promote the healthy operation of the organization through a reasonable cooperative structure.
