【摘要】:大學(xué)生就業(yè)一直是黨和國(guó)家關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題,自1999年高校擴(kuò)招以來(lái),畢業(yè)生人數(shù)逐年增加。由于高校畢業(yè)生眾多,加上國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、總量就業(yè)壓力和結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾等因素的影響,高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)形勢(shì)相當(dāng)嚴(yán)峻。河南省人口眾多,高校眾多且以地方性高校為主,在貫徹實(shí)施省委、省政府“科教興豫”和“人才強(qiáng)省”戰(zhàn)略,“人口紅利向高素質(zhì)、高技能的人才紅利轉(zhuǎn)變”政策,“建設(shè)人力資源強(qiáng)省”目標(biāo)的工作大局中,研究、解決河南省大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題無(wú)疑具有積極的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。就業(yè)問題的影響因素有很多,用人單位在招聘過程中經(jīng)常把大學(xué)生的個(gè)人能力作為非常重要的一個(gè)衡量指標(biāo),大學(xué)生的可就業(yè)能力會(huì)對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)產(chǎn)生影響。已有研究表明,造成我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難,大學(xué)生的可就業(yè)能力不足是不容忽視的重要原因。因此,本研究在基于以往研究不足的基礎(chǔ)上,以信陽(yáng)師范學(xué)院、信陽(yáng)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院、河南大學(xué)、鄭州大學(xué)、黃淮學(xué)院等五所高校的780名應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生作為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行橫斷研究和為期6個(gè)月的追蹤研究。在橫斷研究上,研究一主要探討河南省大學(xué)生社會(huì)支持、心理資本、可就業(yè)能力的現(xiàn)狀及其在人口學(xué)變量上的差異,研究二基于資源保存理論探討河南省大學(xué)生社會(huì)支持、心理資本、可就業(yè)能力三者之間的關(guān)系以及作用機(jī)制,研究三基于社會(huì)認(rèn)同理論和身份標(biāo)記觀點(diǎn),采用橫斷研究和追蹤研究相結(jié)合的方法考察河南省大學(xué)生可就業(yè)能力與就業(yè)結(jié)果的關(guān)系。研究的主要結(jié)論如下:(1)河南省大學(xué)生的社會(huì)支持、心理資本、可就業(yè)能力總體在中等偏上水平;(2)河南省大學(xué)生可就業(yè)能力在性別上差異不顯著,在學(xué)生類型、家庭收入情況、專業(yè)與興趣一致性上存在顯著差異;社會(huì)支持在性別、家庭收入情況、專業(yè)與興趣一致性上差異不顯著,在學(xué)生類型上存在顯著差異;心理資本在性別、家庭收入情況上差異不顯著,在學(xué)生類型、專業(yè)與興趣一致性上存在顯著差異;(3)河南省大學(xué)生的社會(huì)支持、心理資本對(duì)可就業(yè)能力有顯著的正向預(yù)測(cè)作用;(4)河南省大學(xué)生的心理資本在社會(huì)支持與可就業(yè)能力之間發(fā)揮著部分中介作用;(5)河南省大學(xué)生可就業(yè)能力中的職業(yè)認(rèn)同因素對(duì)錄用通知數(shù)有顯著預(yù)測(cè)作用;人際關(guān)系、網(wǎng)絡(luò)差異因素對(duì)起步月薪有顯著預(yù)測(cè)作用;問題解決、樂觀開朗、網(wǎng)絡(luò)差異因素對(duì)工作滿意度有顯著預(yù)測(cè)作用;(6)生源地在河南省大學(xué)生可就業(yè)能力與錄用通知數(shù)的關(guān)系中起調(diào)節(jié)作用。農(nóng)村大學(xué)生可就業(yè)能力對(duì)錄用通知數(shù)影響顯著,城市大學(xué)生可就業(yè)能力對(duì)錄用通知數(shù)影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:The employment of college students has always been a hot issue of concern by the Party and the government. Since the expansion of college enrollment in 1999, the number of graduates has increased year by year. Due to the large number of college graduates and the influence of the domestic economic growth rate, the adjustment of industrial structure, the total employment pressure and the structural contradiction, the employment situation of college graduates is quite severe. Henan Province has a large population, a large number of colleges and universities, and mainly local colleges and universities. In carrying out the strategy of "prospering Henan with science and education" and "strengthening the province with talents" by the provincial party committee, the provincial government and the provincial government, the policy of "changing the population dividend to a high quality and high skill talent dividend" is carried out. In the overall situation of the goal of "building a strong province of human resources", it is undoubtedly of positive theoretical and practical significance to study and solve the employment problem of college students in Henan Province. There are many factors affecting the employment problem. Employers often regard the individual ability of college students as a very important measure in the process of recruitment, and the employability of college students will have an impact on the employment of college students. Studies have shown that the difficulty of employment of college graduates in China, the lack of employability of college students is an important reason that can not be ignored. Therefore, on the basis of the lack of previous research, this study takes 780 fresh graduates from five universities, such as Xinyang normal University, Xinyang Vocational and Technical College, Henan University, Zhengzhou University, Huanghuai University, as research objects. A cross-sectional study and a 6-month follow-up study were conducted. In the crosscutting research, the first study mainly discusses the current situation of social support, psychological capital, employability of college students in Henan Province and their differences in demographic variables. The second study discusses the social support of college students in Henan Province based on the theory of resource conservation. The relationship between psychological capital and employability, and the mechanism of action, the research is based on social identity theory and identity marker view. The relationship between employability and employment outcome of college students in Henan Province was investigated by means of crosscutting and tracing studies. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: 1) the social support, psychological capital and employability of college students in Henan Province are generally at the upper middle level. (2) there is no significant difference in the employability of college students in Henan Province in terms of gender, types of students, family income, etc. There are significant differences in the consistency of major and interest, social support in gender, family income, professional and interest consistency, there are significant differences in the types of students, psychological capital in gender, There is no significant difference in family income. There are significant differences in the types of students, the consistency of majors and interests (3) the social support of college students in Henan Province. Psychological capital has a significant positive predictive effect on employability. (4) Psychological capital plays a part of intermediary role between social support and employability of college students in Henan Province) the occupation of the employability of college students in Henan Province Identification factors have significant predictive effect on the number of employment notices; Interpersonal relationships, network differences have significant predictive effect on starting monthly salary; problem solving, optimistic, cheerful, The factor of network difference has a significant predictive effect on job satisfaction. (6) the source of college students plays a regulating role in the relationship between employability and the number of employment notices of college students in Henan Province. The employability of rural college students has a significant effect on the number of employment notices, while the employability of urban college students has no significant effect on the number of employment notices.
