【摘要】：目的了解北京市密云城區(qū)和山區(qū)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生人力資源配置現(xiàn)狀,為合理配置社區(qū)衛(wèi)生人力資源提供依據(jù)。方法采用問卷方式對密云所有社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心人力資源配置現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行普查。結(jié)果該郊區(qū)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心城區(qū)男性所占比例(21.6%)低于山區(qū)(36.1%);城區(qū)各年齡段人員較均衡,山區(qū)年輕人較多;城區(qū)高學(xué)歷人員所占比例(9.6%)高于山區(qū)(4.9%);城區(qū)中高級職稱所占比例(40.8%)高于山區(qū)(12.9%)。結(jié)論城區(qū)人員結(jié)構(gòu)均衡,山區(qū)年輕人較多,城區(qū)執(zhí)業(yè)水平高于山區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of community health human resource allocation in Miyun district and mountainous area of Beijing, and to provide the basis for rational allocation of community health human resource.Methods the present situation of human resource allocation in all community health service centers in Miyun was surveyed by questionnaire.Results the proportion of male in the community health service center in the suburb was 21.6), which was lower than that in the mountainous area (36.1%), and there were more young people in the mountainous area than in the urban area.The proportion of persons with higher academic qualifications in urban area is 9.6m) higher than that in mountain area 4.9g; the proportion of middle and senior professional titles in urban area is 40.8%) higher than that in mountain area 12.9g.Conclusion the personnel structure of urban area is balanced, there are more young people in mountainous area, and the practice level of urban area is higher than that of mountain area.
