【摘要】：正近日,人力資源與社會(huì)保障部、全國(guó)博士后管理委員會(huì)發(fā)出了《關(guān)于批準(zhǔn)新設(shè)遼寧大學(xué)哲學(xué)等291個(gè)博士后科研流動(dòng)站的通知》(人社部發(fā)[2014]60號(hào)),批準(zhǔn)在浙江農(nóng)林大學(xué)設(shè)立林學(xué)一級(jí)學(xué)科博士后科研流動(dòng)站。建立博士后制度是中國(guó)培養(yǎng)和造就高水平年輕科技人才的一項(xiàng)重要措施,也是高等學(xué)校加強(qiáng)學(xué)科建設(shè)、提升科研水平、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合的重要途徑。博士后科研流動(dòng)站的設(shè)立,為浙江農(nóng)林大學(xué)進(jìn)一步
[Abstract]:In recent days , the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security , the National Post - doctoral Management Committee issued a circular on the approval of 291 post - doctoral research flow stations , such as the philosophy of Liaoning University , and approved the establishment of a post - doctoral research flow station at the forestry science level at the Agricultural and Forestry University of Zhejiang Province . The establishment of the post - doctoral system is an important measure for the cultivation and creation of high - level young scientific and technological talents in China . It is also an important way to strengthen the construction of discipline , improve the level of scientific research and promote the integration of production and research .
