【摘要】：如今,企業(yè)之間的核心競爭力已經(jīng)不只是經(jīng)濟的增長,更注重的是企業(yè)人才力量的凝聚,是否形成了自己的企業(yè)人力資源管理模式,總體來說也就是注重人力資源成員的發(fā)展,人力資源成員的工作效率以及在企業(yè)中的工作態(tài)度、職業(yè)素質(zhì)等方面都直接影響到企業(yè)的未來發(fā)展,因此對于企業(yè)來說,更應(yīng)該注重企業(yè)人力資源的建設(shè),才能更好的發(fā)展自己的企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the core competitiveness among enterprises is not only economic growth, but also the agglomeration of human resources, whether or not it has formed its own human resources management mode, that is, the development of human resources members. The working efficiency of human resource members and their working attitude and professional quality in the enterprise have a direct impact on the future development of the enterprise. Therefore, for the enterprise, we should pay more attention to the construction of the human resources of the enterprise. In order to better develop their own enterprises.
