【摘要】：正科技人才是我國特有的概念。根據(jù)已有的研究,科技人才是一種廣義的、抽象的、與時俱進的動態(tài)概念,隨著人們對品德、知識、才能理解的變化而變化�？萍既瞬乓蚱湔魏偷赖聦傩跃哂须y以統(tǒng)計的特點。在我國,與科技人才相關且有統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)的概念包括科技活動人員、研發(fā)人員、專業(yè)技術人員、科技工作者、科技人力資源等。
[Abstract]:Science and technology talent is a unique concept in our country. According to the existing research, science and technology talent is a kind of dynamic concept of broad, abstract and keeping pace with the times, along with people's moral character, knowledge, Scientific and technological talents are difficult to count because of their political and moral attributes.
