【摘要】：論文對比分析了國外新舊圖書館集成系統(tǒng)對學(xué)術(shù)圖書館系統(tǒng)和技術(shù)服務(wù)人員配備模式的影響。新集成系統(tǒng)可能對圖書館系統(tǒng)和技術(shù)人員配備模式有很大的啟示作用,意味著圖書館將要重新設(shè)計(jì)人力資源模型,重新定義主要館員和員工的位置,以滿足新一代集成系統(tǒng)帶來的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:This paper compares and analyzes the influence of the new and old library integration systems abroad on the academic library system and the technical service staffing model. The new integrated system may have a great enlightening effect on the library system and the technical personnel staffing model. It means that the library will redesign the human resource model and redefine the location of the main librarians and employees to meet the opportunities and challenges of the new generation of integrated systems.
