【摘要】：目的界定適于難度評(píng)價(jià)和時(shí)間測(cè)量的護(hù)理項(xiàng)目的校正系數(shù),為護(hù)理人力資源配置、績(jī)效考核提供依據(jù)。方法通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)檢索、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、半結(jié)構(gòu)訪談和專(zhuān)家論證會(huì),界定適于難度評(píng)價(jià)和時(shí)間測(cè)量的護(hù)理項(xiàng)目:測(cè)量各護(hù)理項(xiàng)目的完成時(shí)間;通過(guò)德?tīng)柗坪?xún)和專(zhuān)家論證會(huì),確定各護(hù)理項(xiàng)目的難度系數(shù);將各護(hù)理項(xiàng)目的難度系數(shù)與完成該護(hù)理項(xiàng)目的時(shí)間相乘,得到其校正系數(shù)。結(jié)果 本研究結(jié)果確定了59個(gè)護(hù)理項(xiàng)目的校正系數(shù),"接四級(jí)手術(shù)術(shù)后患者"校正系數(shù)最高,為285.50;"留取尿便標(biāo)本"校正系數(shù)最低,為1.02。結(jié)論59個(gè)護(hù)理項(xiàng)目的校正系數(shù)具有科學(xué)性、合理性,校正系數(shù)的確立可以為護(hù)理工作量的科學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)、橫向比較,進(jìn)而為護(hù)理人力資源的合理配置及量化績(jī)效考核搭建良好的平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:Objective to define the correction coefficient of nursing items suitable for difficulty evaluation and time measurement, and to provide the basis for nursing human resource allocation and performance appraisal. To define the nursing items suitable for difficulty evaluation and time measurement: to measure the completion time of each nursing item, to determine the difficulty coefficient of each nursing item by Delphi letter and expert demonstration meeting; By multiplying the difficulty coefficient of each nursing item with the time of completion of the nursing project, the correction coefficient was obtained. Results the correction coefficient of 59 nursing items was determined by this study. The correction coefficient of the 59 nursing items was scientific and reasonable, and the calibration coefficient could be determined as the scientific statistics of nursing workload and the horizontal comparison, and the calibration coefficient was the lowest (1.02.Conclusion the calibration coefficient of 59 nursing items was scientific and reasonable). And then set up a good platform for rational allocation of nursing human resources and quantitative performance appraisal.
