M信托公司人力資源優(yōu)化配置研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)今企業(yè)運(yùn)行中,人力資源被稱為企業(yè)發(fā)展的“第一資源”,人力資源配置是否高效合理,直接影響著企業(yè)中其他資源的合理配置和利用,同時也是人力資源發(fā)揮工作的基本保證,甚至?xí)绊懙秸麄企業(yè)發(fā)展的成敗。所以,人力資源的優(yōu)化配置成為了國內(nèi)外企業(yè)共同關(guān)注的重要課題。M信托公司重組開業(yè)以來,公司業(yè)務(wù)的到迅速發(fā)展,但作為一家全新公司,人力資源管理工作出現(xiàn)了一些問題。近年來,員工離職率較高,效率相對低下,人力資源隊(duì)伍動蕩,已成為制約公司發(fā)展的障礙。分析公司人力資源現(xiàn)狀,找出問題,探尋人力資源優(yōu)化配置方案,加強(qiáng)公司對人力資源的管理,建設(shè)一支高效的人力資源隊(duì)伍成功公司急需關(guān)注的重要問題。本文在研究研讀國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒國外企業(yè)的人力資源管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,并結(jié)合M信托公司實(shí)際,分析了公司目前人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀,找出公司人力資源管理過程中的主要問題,并提出公司人力資源管理優(yōu)化配置的總體思路及保障措施。力爭為M信托公司的人力資源優(yōu)化配置提供指導(dǎo),建立一支適應(yīng)公司總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的人力資源隊(duì)伍,推動公司業(yè)務(wù)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the operation of enterprises, human resources enterprise development is known as "the first resource", human resource allocation is efficient and reasonable, directly affect the rational allocation and utilization of other resources in enterprises, but also human resources to play the basic guarantee work, and even affect the entire enterprise development success. Therefore, the optimization of human the resource has become an important issue for the.M trust company reorganization of the common focus of domestic and foreign enterprises since the opening, the company's business to develop rapidly, but as a new company, human resources management problems. In recent years, the employee turnover rate is high, the efficiency is relatively low, the human resources team turmoil has become restricting the development of the company the analysis of obstacles.
