【摘要】：在當(dāng)今企業(yè)運(yùn)行中,人力資源被稱為企業(yè)發(fā)展的“第一資源”,人力資源配置是否高效合理,直接影響著企業(yè)中其他資源的合理配置和利用,同時也是人力資源發(fā)揮工作的基本保證,甚至?xí)绊懙秸麄�企業(yè)發(fā)展的成敗。所以,人力資源的優(yōu)化配置成為了國內(nèi)外企業(yè)共同關(guān)注的重要課題。M信托公司重組開業(yè)以來,公司業(yè)務(wù)的到迅速發(fā)展,但作為一家全新公司,人力資源管理工作出現(xiàn)了一些問題。近年來,員工離職率較高,效率相對低下,人力資源隊(duì)伍動蕩,已成為制約公司發(fā)展的障礙。分析公司人力資源現(xiàn)狀,找出問題,探尋人力資源優(yōu)化配置方案,加強(qiáng)公司對人力資源的管理,建設(shè)一支高效的人力資源隊(duì)伍成功公司急需關(guān)注的重要問題。本文在研究研讀國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒國外企業(yè)的人力資源管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,并結(jié)合M信托公司實(shí)際,分析了公司目前人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀,找出公司人力資源管理過程中的主要問題,并提出公司人力資源管理優(yōu)化配置的總體思路及保障措施。力爭為M信托公司的人力資源優(yōu)化配置提供指導(dǎo),建立一支適應(yīng)公司總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的人力資源隊(duì)伍,推動公司業(yè)務(wù)的健康發(fā)展。
