【摘要】：采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,通過(guò)對(duì)山東省普通高校體育資源配置現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與分析,提出了以學(xué)生需要為特征的、資源共享的體育資源配置方式。研究認(rèn)為,山東省普通高校體育人力資源年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、職稱結(jié)構(gòu)和學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)較合理,專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)主要集中在球類、田徑和體操等項(xiàng)目;高校體育經(jīng)費(fèi)基本能夠滿足體育教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練的需要;生均場(chǎng)(館)面積均低于教育部的規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn);體育信息資源配置方面還比較落后,利用率也比較低。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of sports resources allocation in colleges and universities in Shandong Province by means of the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper puts forward the sports resources allocation mode, which is characterized by the students' needs and resources sharing. The age structure of physical education human resources, professional title structure and educational background structure are reasonable in Shandong Province, and the professional structure is mainly concentrated in ball games, track and field, gymnastics and so on, the sports funds of colleges and universities can basically meet the needs of physical education teaching and training. The area of students' average field (library) is lower than that of the Ministry of Education, and the allocation of sports information resources is still backward and the utilization ratio is low.
