【摘要】:少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)利用學校、企業(yè)、體育中心建立少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育訓練基地成為一種趨勢。本研究以專家訪談法、觀察法、問卷調(diào)查法等形式,針對寧夏少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育訓練基地進行研究與分析發(fā)現(xiàn);(1)寧夏少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育訓練基地的實際運營狀況較差,大多訓練基地訓練停滯,只在民運會前才進行相關(guān)訓練,與全民健身狀況背道而馳。(2)寧夏少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育訓練基地的檔案存儲情況較差,沒有專人對檔案進行規(guī)整與整理,教練員大多為兼職,平時教學壓力較大,無閑余時間進行民族傳統(tǒng)體育相關(guān)科研活動,導致民族傳統(tǒng)體育科研成果較少。(3)寧夏少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育訓練基地發(fā)揮功能甚微,除個別學校有組織過民族傳統(tǒng)體育相關(guān)活動外,其余訓練基地所在學校沒有組織過民族傳統(tǒng)體育活動。(4)寧夏少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育在宣傳力度、科學研究、賽事活動、旅游資源等方面還有諸多不足之處,政府重視程度較差。鑒于以上調(diào)查結(jié)果,本課題提出以下對策:(1)提高政府重視程度,加大投資力度,開發(fā)資金鏈,完善場地與器材。(2)加大媒體宣傳力度,拍攝相關(guān)紀錄片,建立網(wǎng)站、微信、微博平臺,將寧夏少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化推廣出去。(3)加強少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育體教結(jié)合,讓學生了解、學習少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化,提高學生的認知情況,利用好學校這一載體。(4)民委、體育局做好監(jiān)督監(jiān)管,組織與管理的責任,加強對訓練基地的管理,制定相關(guān)考核標準,獎勵優(yōu)異的訓練基地,取締無作為訓練基地,促進寧夏少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育訓練基地的可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路。(5)以高校訓練基地資源為優(yōu)勢,組織與舉辦學術(shù)交流活動,互通有無,加強交流合作。(6)政府部門主導民族傳統(tǒng)體育賽事的舉辦,多多舉辦比賽,加強運動員、教練員的實戰(zhàn)能力,總結(jié)自身不足。(7)加強教練員、運動員理論學習,提升自身綜合素質(zhì),促進人力資源發(fā)展。(8)完善檔案制度,加強檔案整理與保護。
[Abstract]:It has become a trend to establish traditional sports training bases in schools, enterprises and sports centers for ethnic minorities. This study is conducted in the form of expert interview, observation, questionnaire survey, etc. Based on the research and analysis of Ningxia minority traditional sports training base, it is found that 1) the actual operation of Ningxia minority traditional sports training base is poor, most of the training base training is stagnant, only before the Democratic Movement Association to carry out relevant training. The file storage situation of Ningxia minority traditional sports training base is poor, there is no special personnel to organize and organize the archives, the coaches are mostly part-time, and the teaching pressure is high in peacetime. There is no spare time to carry out scientific research activities related to national traditional sports, which leads to fewer achievements in traditional national sports research. 3) Ningxia ethnic minority traditional sports training base has little function, except that some schools have organized national traditional sports related activities. Other training base schools have not organized traditional ethnic sports activities. (4) traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Ningxia have many shortcomings in terms of propaganda, scientific research, sports events, tourism resources, and so on. The government pays less attention to it. In view of the above investigation results, this subject puts forward the following countermeasures: 1) raise the level of government attention, increase investment, develop capital chain, perfect venue and equipment, increase media publicity, and shoot related documentaries. Set up websites, WeChat, Weibo platform, popularize Ningxia minority traditional sports culture. 3) strengthen the combination of ethnic minority traditional sports sports education, let students understand, study minority traditional sports culture, improve students' cognition. Make good use of the school as a carrier.) the Sports Bureau is responsible for supervising, supervising, organizing and managing the training base, strengthening the management of the training base, formulating relevant assessment standards, rewarding the excellent training base, and banning the inactive training base. To promote the sustainable development of Ningxia minority traditional sports training base. Strengthening exchanges and cooperation. 6) the government departments lead the holding of traditional national sports events, hold more competitions, strengthen the actual combat ability of athletes and coaches, and sum up their shortcomings. 7) strengthen coaches, learn athletes' theories, and improve their comprehensive qualities. Promote the development of human resources. 8) perfect the file system, strengthen file arrangement and protection.
