【摘要】:在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化高速發(fā)展的今天,企業(yè)之間的競爭更加突出地表現(xiàn)為人力資源的競爭,人力資源的開發(fā)和管理越來越為企業(yè)所重視,已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的核心內(nèi)容,通過人力資源的開發(fā)和管理而建立起企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢已經(jīng)成為一種共識。只有有效地開發(fā)并科學(xué)合理地管理和使用人力資源,真正地調(diào)動起企業(yè)員工的工作積極性、主動性和創(chuàng)造性,使人的潛力得到充分的發(fā)揮,企業(yè)才能擁有市場競爭的主動權(quán)和強(qiáng)大的核心競爭力;才能不斷擴(kuò)大經(jīng)營規(guī)模和持續(xù)提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,使自己立于不敗之地。當(dāng)前,鋼鐵行業(yè)正處于產(chǎn)能過剩,企業(yè)產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵時期。企業(yè)的人力資源對企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。本文以鞍鋼實業(yè)集團(tuán)為例,運(yùn)用工商管理方面的理論知識,來分析歸納企業(yè)人力資源管理所存在的問題,并且提出一些方法和建議。全文共分五章,第一章為緒論,介紹論文研究的背景和意義;本文研究的創(chuàng)新之處;以及本文研究的研究思路、框架與方法。第二章,是有關(guān)人力資源管理的理論概述,包括人力資源的基本理論和人力資源管理的基本理論。第三章,總結(jié)了鞍鋼實業(yè)集團(tuán)人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀,人力資源配置情況。第四章,指出鞍鋼實業(yè)集團(tuán)人力資源管理存在的問題以及產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因。第五章,根據(jù)鞍鋼實業(yè)集團(tuán)人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀提出解決對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global economic integration, the competition among enterprises is more and more prominent in the competition of human resources. The development and management of human resources are paid more and more attention to by enterprises, and have become the core content of modern enterprise management. It has become a common understanding to establish the competitive advantage of an enterprise through the development and management of human resources. Only by effectively developing and scientifically managing and using human resources, the enthusiasm of the employees in the enterprise can be really aroused. Only by taking initiative and creativity, can enterprises have the initiative to compete in the market and have strong core competitiveness, so that they can continuously expand their business scale and continuously improve their economic efficiency. At present, the iron and steel industry is in the critical period of overcapacity and product transformation and upgrading. The human resources of the enterprise are very important to the future development of the enterprise. This paper takes Angang Industrial Group as an example, By using the theoretical knowledge of business administration, this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the management of human resources in enterprises, and puts forward some methods and suggestions. The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the research. The innovation of this paper, and the research ideas, framework and methods of this paper. Chapter two is the overview of the theory of human resource management, including the basic theory of human resources management and the basic theory of human resource management. This paper summarizes the present situation of human resource management in Angang Industrial Group, human resource allocation situation, 4th chapter, points out the problems existing in the human resource management of Angang Industrial Group and the reasons for these problems. 5th chapter, According to the present situation of human resource management in Angang Industrial Group, the countermeasures are put forward.
