【摘要】：正日前,歐洲職業(yè)培訓(xùn)發(fā)展中心(CEDEFOP)發(fā)布主題為"對于技能的投資具有回報:歐盟低技能成年人的經(jīng)濟和社會代價"的研究報告。報告提出,雖然歐盟各國的經(jīng)濟從2008年金融危機以來實現(xiàn)了緩慢復(fù)蘇,但是危機對于所有歐盟成員國勞動力市場的影響都是復(fù)雜而深遠的。缺乏就業(yè)機會,特別是青年和低技能人口缺乏就業(yè)機會已經(jīng)導(dǎo)致嚴重的后果,這表現(xiàn)為日益嚴重的社會排斥、脫離勞動力市場以及人力資源的浪費。
[Abstract]:Just before the occupation training European Development Center (CEDEFOP) released the theme as "a return on the investment in skill: a study of low skilled adults EU economic and social cost". The report, although the EU economy to achieve a slow recovery since the 2008 financial crisis, but the crisis for all members of the European Union the labor market is complex and profound. The lack of employment opportunities, especially the lack of employment opportunities for young and low skilled population has caused serious consequences, such as the increasingly serious social exclusion from the labour market and the waste of human resources.
