四平三奇酒店培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人們的生活水平不斷提升,酒店業(yè)也隨之蓬勃發(fā)展。相對于國內(nèi)和國外的大多數(shù)酒店的硬件設(shè)施基礎(chǔ)條件上大致趨同的情況下,酒店服務(wù)工作的水平、員工工作的工作素質(zhì)等非硬件的基礎(chǔ)條件已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)外酒店行業(yè)競爭的關(guān)鍵因素,而在快速發(fā)展的酒店行業(yè)中,想要擁有自己的核心競爭力,就必須發(fā)展自己的非硬件條件。特別是對于我國一些剛剛起步發(fā)展,規(guī)模較小的酒店,普遍存在基層員工的整體素質(zhì)較低,而且人員流動(dòng)性較大的問題。因此,建立一套科學(xué)的培訓(xùn)體系,針對基層員工進(jìn)行有效培訓(xùn),己成為目前我國二星級(jí)酒店面臨的難點(diǎn)問題。四平三奇酒店培訓(xùn)體系存在諸多問題,本文以其公司培訓(xùn)體系為研究課題,力求找出問題并提出解決對策。首先,本論文以國內(nèi)外培訓(xùn)體系相關(guān)理論概述為指導(dǎo),對各個(gè)不同類型的酒店培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了考核和研究,并采用個(gè)體訪談的方法和問卷調(diào)查的方法進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,在此調(diào)查研究之后,還對各個(gè)酒店自身內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,進(jìn)行了綜合分析和考量。發(fā)現(xiàn)酒店現(xiàn)有培訓(xùn)體系下存在的諸多問題,于是筆者深入各個(gè)酒店做了進(jìn)一步的實(shí)地考察和調(diào)研,親身感受到了酒店在員工培訓(xùn)體系上存在問題的根結(jié)所在。其次,本文在剖析論證酒店培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合酒店的實(shí)際情況和員工自身的特點(diǎn),確立了員工培訓(xùn)體系優(yōu)化的指導(dǎo)思想和原則,對酒店培訓(xùn)需求分析、培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)和培訓(xùn)效果評估進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。最后,為了保障酒店培訓(xùn)體系較為良好的運(yùn)行,本文從以下四個(gè)方面入手,第一要建立培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)和督察小組、第二要在酒店員工內(nèi)部構(gòu)建出一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)型的組織文化,第三要加強(qiáng)有效溝通的培訓(xùn)工作,第四是要逐步開展對員工職業(yè)生涯管理工作的完善工作,最終確保酒店在培訓(xùn)員工效果和效率方面都能有實(shí)實(shí)在在的突破和提高?傊,本文旨在讓四平三奇酒店的員工培訓(xùn)的體系變的更加的富有效率,希望它通過對自己體系的優(yōu)化和發(fā)展,不斷進(jìn)步趨向成熟。也為我國的二星級(jí)酒店提供一個(gè)可以參考的樣本和發(fā)展模式,對酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展地到領(lǐng)頭人的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, people's living standard is improving constantly, and the hotel industry is booming. Compared with most hotels at home and abroad, the level of hotel service work is similar to that of most hotels' hardware infrastructure. The working quality of employees and other non-hardware basic conditions have become a key factor in the competition of the hotel industry at home and abroad, and in the rapidly developing hotel industry, they want to have their own core competitiveness. We must develop our own non-hardware conditions. Especially for some hotels that have just started to develop and have a relatively small scale, there is generally a problem that the overall quality of grass-roots staff is relatively low and staff mobility is relatively high. The establishment of a scientific training system and effective training for grass-roots staff has become a difficult problem facing two-star hotels in China. There are many problems in the training system of Siping and Sanqi hotels. In this paper, the company training system as a research topic, try to find out the problems and put forward solutions. First, this paper based on the domestic and foreign training system related theories as the guidance, the different types of hotel training status quo has been examined and studied. And using the method of individual interview and questionnaire investigation, after this investigation and research, also to the internal and external environment of each hotel itself, After comprehensive analysis and consideration, we found that there are many problems existing in the existing training system of the hotel, so the author made a further investigation and investigation on various hotels on the spot. I feel the root of the problem in the staff training system. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing and demonstrating the present situation of hotel training, this paper combines the actual situation of the hotel and the characteristics of the staff. The guiding ideology and principles of staff training system optimization are established, and the hotel training needs analysis, training project design and training effect evaluation are optimized. Finally, in order to ensure the hotel training system to run well, This paper starts with the following four aspects: first, to establish a training guidance and supervision group; second, to build a learning-oriented organizational culture within the hotel staff; and third, to strengthen the training work of effective communication. 4th is to gradually improve the career management of employees, and ultimately ensure that the hotel can have a real breakthrough and improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of staff training. In short, The purpose of this paper is to make the staff training system of Siping and Sanqi Hotel more efficient, hoping that it will optimize and develop its own system. It also provides a reference sample and development model for the two-star hotels in China, and plays a leading role in the development of the hotel industry.
