【摘要】：機(jī)械制造企業(yè)屬于國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)能力、生產(chǎn)效率、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量便成為了評價企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理能力的主要因素。高效、高能、優(yōu)質(zhì)、低成本逐漸成為了企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理追求的最終目標(biāo)。國內(nèi)企業(yè)面對求生存、求發(fā)展的大環(huán)境下,企業(yè)高管、專家學(xué)者加強了對生產(chǎn)管理的重視,并加大了業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化、重組的關(guān)注度和力度,希望通過對生產(chǎn)管理流程的優(yōu)化研究和實施,提高企業(yè)的綜合競爭力創(chuàng)造特有的品牌效益,在市場競爭中以高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)的新形象獲得行業(yè)頭籌。XZ企業(yè)是典型的機(jī)械制造生產(chǎn)企業(yè),企業(yè)在市場大環(huán)境中經(jīng)過多年的開拓發(fā)展,雖然生產(chǎn)設(shè)備不斷更新,但是生產(chǎn)管理方式方法卻依然處于陳舊狀態(tài),導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)能力和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量在行業(yè)中處于劣勢,產(chǎn)品成本控制能力較差,究其原因就是生產(chǎn)管理流程陳舊造成的。本文由六部分內(nèi)容組成,首先是緒論部分作為論文的前言,闡述選題的背景和意義;第二部分是理論綜述,從生產(chǎn)管理、全面生產(chǎn)管理和流程優(yōu)化概念、特點和方法等方面詳細(xì)介紹理論部分知識;第三部分從XZ企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理的實際情況出發(fā),分析出企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理流程出現(xiàn)的問題及出現(xiàn)問題的原因;第四部分根據(jù)XZ企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理出現(xiàn)的問題結(jié)合相關(guān)理論依據(jù)制定出優(yōu)化方案,主要從人力資源員工培訓(xùn)流程采購流程、生產(chǎn)流程、不合格品管理流程和品質(zhì)異常處理流程六個方面完成優(yōu)化方案的設(shè)計;第五部分從制度和組織角度完成實施的保障措施,并做出效果預(yù)測;第六部分總結(jié)和展望。希望可以通過XZ機(jī)械企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化幫助同樣的企業(yè)提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)能力和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長添磚加瓦。
[Abstract]:Mechanical manufacturing enterprises belong to the basic industry of the national economy. The production capacity, production efficiency and product quality of the enterprises become the main factors to evaluate the production management ability of the enterprises. Low cost has gradually become the ultimate goal of enterprise production management. In the environment of survival and development of domestic enterprises, enterprise executives, experts and scholars have strengthened the importance of production management, and increased business process optimization. The focus and strength of the reorganization, through the optimization of the production management process research and implementation, to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises to create unique brand benefits, in the market competition with high efficiency, XZ enterprise is a typical machine manufacturing enterprise. After years of development in the market environment, although the production equipment is constantly updated, However, the methods of production management are still in an old state, which leads to the disadvantage of production capacity and product quality in the industry, and the poor ability of product cost control. The reason is that the production management process is obsolete. This paper is composed of six parts, the first part is the introduction as the preface of the paper, the second part is the theoretical review, from the production management, The concept, characteristics and methods of overall production management and process optimization are introduced in detail. The paper analyzes the problems and causes of the problems in the production management process of the enterprise. Part 4th, according to the problems in the production management of XZ enterprise and the relevant theoretical basis, formulates the optimization scheme, mainly from the purchasing process of the human resources staff training process. The design of the optimized scheme is completed in six aspects: the production process, the management process of nonconforming products and the process of dealing with abnormal quality; the 5th part completes the implementation safeguard measures from the angle of system and organization, and makes the effect forecast; It is hoped that the business process optimization of XZ mechanical enterprises can help the same enterprises to improve their production capacity and product quality and contribute to the growth of national economy.
