【摘要】：中國進行新型農村建設,是離不開農村人力資源的�，F(xiàn)階段,政府在開發(fā)農村人力資源方面,工作還不是很到位,所以為了建設新型農村以及推動農村經濟的向前發(fā)展,我們有必要對政府機關的管理職能進行調整。
