【摘要】:在這經(jīng)濟高速運轉(zhuǎn)的時代,各個企業(yè)對人才的需要愈加強烈,人才這一特殊資源,也越來越被高度重視,企業(yè)之間的競爭可以理解為人才的競爭,員工都希望自己能夠找到一份適合的工作,喜歡所從事的工作和共事的人,在工作中可以體現(xiàn)自我價值,員工和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)之間存在信任和尊重。本文對人力資源管理和組織吸引力進行了探究,并分析了它們之間的相互作用。
[Abstract]:In this era of high-speed economic operation, each enterprise needs more and more talents, the special resource of talent is paid more and more attention to, the competition between enterprises can be understood as the competition of talents. Employees want to be able to find a suitable job, like what they do and the people they work with, and show their self-worth in their work. There is trust and respect between employees and leaders. This paper explores human resource management and organizational attractiveness and analyzes their interaction.
