【摘要】：近年來西方學(xué)術(shù)界對于公共服務(wù)動機的研究出現(xiàn)幾何式增長。公共服務(wù)動機是指個體對他人、集體或社會的一種非自私的、奉獻的、親社會的、利他的動機、價值和態(tài)度。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)公共服務(wù)動機積極影響職業(yè)選擇、工作滿意度、工作績效、工作投入度、員工行為和公民參與態(tài)度等等。公共服務(wù)動機研究可以作為一種工具挑選出最適合公共服務(wù)的員工;組織的環(huán)境、員工對于工作重要性的認識、組織與員工的相互信任、明確的角色定位和對組織的認同感等都是提高公共服務(wù)動機的因素;有助于建立更加科學(xué)的激勵機制和人力資源管理;有利于形成新的反腐倡廉戰(zhàn)略。影響和提升公共服務(wù)動機的因素、資源和手段等是未來研究的重點;對于公共服務(wù)動機的準確測評也是未來研究的重點領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there has been a geometric increase in the research of public service motivation in western academic circles. Public service motivation refers to a kind of non-selfish, dedicated, pro-social and altruistic motivation of individuals towards others, collectives or societies. Value and attitude. The study found that public service motivation positively affects career choice, job satisfaction, job performance, job engagement, Research on public service motivation can be used as a tool to select the most suitable employees for public service, the environment of the organization, the understanding of the importance of the work, the mutual trust between the organization and the employees, and so on. Clear role orientation and identity to the organization are all factors to improve the motivation of public service, which is helpful to establish more scientific incentive mechanism and human resource management. The factors, resources and means of influencing and promoting the motivation of public service are the key points of future research, and the accurate evaluation of the motivation of public service is also the key area of future research.
