【摘要】：2001年以來(lái),盧旺達(dá)一直致力于推動(dòng)女子足球項(xiàng)目,并提高女子足球的競(jìng)賽水平。但是,到目前為止,這些努力并沒(méi)有得到良好的回報(bào)。本研究的目的是分析盧旺達(dá)女子足球發(fā)展體系,并找到造成目前情況的原因;本文的結(jié)果闡明了盧旺達(dá)女子足球發(fā)展體系的實(shí)際情況,并提出了解決方案,從而來(lái)改善盧旺達(dá)女子足球發(fā)展體系未來(lái)的狀況。研究結(jié)果分析了盧旺達(dá)女子足球發(fā)展計(jì)劃,研究了參與該計(jì)劃的不同組織及其貢獻(xiàn)。但是,整體來(lái)看,大眾對(duì)目前的狀況并不滿(mǎn)意。原因是有關(guān)的機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)量不足(培訓(xùn)中心,健康中心等)。61%的盧旺達(dá)政府體育管理人員認(rèn)為盧旺達(dá)女子足球發(fā)展計(jì)劃缺乏配套措施,67%的被調(diào)查者認(rèn)為該計(jì)劃缺乏問(wèn)責(zé)制度。99%的被調(diào)查者認(rèn)為缺乏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,70%的被調(diào)查者認(rèn)為,由于文化觀念的問(wèn)題,盧旺達(dá)婦女缺乏從事足球運(yùn)動(dòng)的熱情。根據(jù)盧旺達(dá)女子足球發(fā)展以及本研究的調(diào)查結(jié)果,就完善盧旺達(dá)女子足球發(fā)展提出以下建議:1.構(gòu)建盧旺達(dá)女子足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員從童年到退役的生涯發(fā)展路徑。2.增強(qiáng)盧旺達(dá)社會(huì)文化意識(shí)。在提升女子足球方面而言,應(yīng)給予女子與男子相同的競(jìng)賽能力和機(jī)會(huì),并在每個(gè)月設(shè)置社區(qū)服務(wù)日,強(qiáng)制進(jìn)行宣傳和呈現(xiàn)。3.政府應(yīng)確保盧旺達(dá)女子足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員獲得相應(yīng)權(quán)力、受到政府保護(hù)。在政治體系上確保一代又一代女子運(yùn)動(dòng)員的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。4.在資金支持上,政府應(yīng)當(dāng)鼓勵(lì)私營(yíng)部門(mén)對(duì)女足發(fā)展體系進(jìn)行投資。5.為保障女子足球體系的成功運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和人力資源方面,盧旺達(dá)女子足球發(fā)展體系需要合格的雇員來(lái)維持。6.注重運(yùn)動(dòng)員的營(yíng)養(yǎng)與健康,在訓(xùn)練恢復(fù)、運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷恢復(fù)等方面提供全面的健康保險(xiǎn)。7.制定保護(hù)盧旺達(dá)女子足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略和政策,通過(guò)建立盧旺達(dá)女子聯(lián)賽和發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)體系,幫助她們參與國(guó)際層面的競(jìng)賽。盧旺達(dá)女子發(fā)展體系應(yīng)當(dāng)保證連貫、健全的體系,每個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員在成長(zhǎng)中的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都要有相應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)的人。
[Abstract]:Since 2001, Rwanda has been committed to promoting women's football and raising the level of competition in women's football. However, so far, The purpose of this study is to analyze the development system of women's football in Rwanda and to find out the reasons for the present situation. The results of this paper illustrate the actual situation of the development system of women's football in Rwanda. And put forward solutions to improve the future of the Rwandan women's football development system. The results of the study analyzed the Rwandan women's football development plan, studied the different organizations involved in the plan and their contributions. The public is not satisfied with the current situation. The reason is that the number of institutions concerned is insufficient (training centres, Health centres. 61.1% of Rwandan government sports officials think that the Rwanda Women's Football Development Plan lacks matching measures. 67% of the respondents think that the plan lacks accountability. 99% of the respondents think that there is a lack of infrastructure, and 70% of the respondents think that the plan lacks infrastructure. As a result of cultural attitudes, Rwandan women lack the enthusiasm to engage in football. According to the development of Rwandan women's football and the findings of this study, To improve the development of Rwandan women's football, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1.Constructing the career development path of Rwandan women footballers from childhood to retirement. (2) strengthening the social and cultural consciousness of Rwanda. In terms of promoting women's football, Women shall be given the same level of competence and opportunities as men, and community service days shall be established every month to enforce publicity and presentation. The Government shall ensure that Rwandan women footballers are given the corresponding rights, Being protected by the government... ensuring the sustainable development of women athletes from generation to generation in the political system. In terms of financial support, the government should encourage the private sector to invest in the women's soccer development system .5. in order to ensure the successful operation of the women's soccer system, In terms of infrastructure and human resources, the Rwandan women's football development system needs qualified employees to maintain .6. pay attention to the nutrition and health of athletes and resume training. Provide comprehensive health insurance for sports injury recovery, etc. Develop strategies and policies to protect the development of Rwandan women football players, through the establishment of the Rwandan Women's League and the development evaluation system, To help them compete at the international level. The Rwandan women's development system should ensure a coherent, sound system in which every athlete has a responsible person at every stage of his or her growth.
