【摘要】:人才測(cè)評(píng)已經(jīng)在企業(yè)、政府公務(wù)員選拔得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,本屆會(huì)議聚焦創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才培養(yǎng)與評(píng)價(jià)、黨政人才開發(fā)與評(píng)價(jià)等主題進(jìn)行探討和研究。結(jié)合大數(shù)據(jù)的發(fā)展應(yīng)用,探討人才測(cè)評(píng)理論發(fā)展新思路、黨政人才與企業(yè)人才測(cè)評(píng)體系構(gòu)建、女性人才的開發(fā)、有關(guān)專業(yè)技術(shù)人才的研究,以及高校對(duì)創(chuàng)新型、應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)等問(wèn)題,引發(fā)了與會(huì)專家學(xué)者的激烈討論。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of talents has been widely used in enterprises and the selection of government civil servants. This session focused on the training and evaluation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, the development and evaluation of party and government talents, and so on, and combined with the development and application of big data, This paper probes into the new ideas for the development of talent evaluation theory, the construction of the evaluation system of party and government talents and enterprise talents, the development of female talents, the research on professional and technical talents, and the cultivation of innovative and applied talents in colleges and universities, etc. It triggered a heated discussion among experts and scholars attending the meeting.
