【摘要】：人口因素與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長具有重要和復雜的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,人口與經(jīng)濟的互動影響對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長至關(guān)重要。為揭示延邊地區(qū)人口與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長問題及其相關(guān)關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,推動形成有利于地區(qū)人口和經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的良好格局,本文對延邊州人口和經(jīng)濟增長問題進行了系統(tǒng)研究。首先,提出了人口與經(jīng)濟增長的相關(guān)理論。重點選取和介紹了人口數(shù)量、人口質(zhì)量、人口結(jié)構(gòu)和人口遷移等人口問題的核心要素,通過內(nèi)部解構(gòu),對四大人口要素與經(jīng)濟增長的相關(guān)理論作了分析論證,為全文提供了基本理論框架。其次,運用統(tǒng)計學和比較學方法對延邊州人口與經(jīng)濟增長的特征作了系統(tǒng)分析。梳理了近十余年來延邊州人口數(shù)量、人口質(zhì)量、人口結(jié)構(gòu)、人口遷移的基本特征,對延邊州經(jīng)濟規(guī)模、人均經(jīng)濟水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展變化和縣域經(jīng)濟作了熱證分析。再次,重點對延邊州人口與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)聯(lián)性作了分析論證。通過數(shù)據(jù)分析對比,闡述了口數(shù)量、人口質(zhì)量、人口結(jié)構(gòu)、人口遷移等人口因素與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間的深度關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,為發(fā)現(xiàn)和提出推動延邊州人口與經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的意見建議提供了重要基礎(chǔ)。最后,統(tǒng)籌提出促進延邊州人口與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策建議。未來延邊需要著重加強統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào),推動地區(qū)人口與經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展;提高人口數(shù)量,保障經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的人力資源基礎(chǔ);提升人口質(zhì)量,強化高素質(zhì)人口對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展支撐;優(yōu)化人口結(jié)構(gòu),形成推動經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展持久動能;吸引人才回流,推動地區(qū)經(jīng)濟健康加速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Population factors have an important and complex relationship with regional economic growth, and the interaction between population and economy is very important to regional economic growth. To promote the formation of a good pattern conducive to the coordinated development of population and economy in the region, this paper makes a systematic study on the population and economic growth in Yanbian Prefecture. The relevant theories of population and economic growth are put forward. The core elements of population problems, such as population quantity, population quality, population structure and population migration, are selected and introduced. This paper analyzes and demonstrates the relevant theories of the four major population factors and economic growth, and provides a basic theoretical framework for the full text. Secondly, The characteristics of population and economic growth in Yanbian prefecture are systematically analyzed by using statistical and comparative methods. The basic characteristics of population quantity, population quality, population structure and population migration in Yanbian prefecture in recent ten years are combed out, and the economic scale of Yanbian prefecture is also analyzed. The economic level per capita, the development and change of industrial structure and the county economy are analyzed with heat proof. Thirdly, the correlation between population and economic growth in Yanbian prefecture is analyzed and demonstrated. Through data analysis and comparison, the paper expounds the quantity of mouth and the quality of population. The deep correlation between population structure, population migration and regional economic development provides an important basis for discovering and proposing suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of population and economy in Yanbian Prefecture. In the future, Yanbian needs to strengthen the coordination of population and economy, promote the coordinated development of population and economy, increase the number of population, and ensure the human resource base of economic development. Improve the quality of the population, strengthen the high quality of the population to support economic development, optimize the population structure, form a lasting momentum to promote economic and social development, attract talents back, and promote the healthy and accelerated development of regional economy.
