【摘要】:隨著云計算技術(shù)的興起,特別是商業(yè)化云計算平臺Windows Azure和Amazon Web Service等代表性平臺的出現(xiàn),使這種按需付費(fèi)的IT基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)運(yùn)營模式成為可能。對于將核心運(yùn)營機(jī)制建立在傳統(tǒng)的IT基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)之上的公司,為了適應(yīng)多變的市場的環(huán)境,需要進(jìn)行不斷的變革,即IT基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)的變革,速度將取決于IT基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)的敏捷性,所以,尋求一個可調(diào)節(jié)的、動態(tài)的、并且一次性資金需求并不巨大的IT基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)來支撐成為必然。這時按需付費(fèi)的、可調(diào)節(jié)的、根據(jù)訪問量可自動化動態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)資源的云計算平臺成了必然選擇。結(jié)合本公司近萬名分散在全國并工作在客戶現(xiàn)場的員工無法訪問公司內(nèi)網(wǎng)的管理信息系統(tǒng)的問題,相比購買思杰的Netscaler每年80-100萬美元的費(fèi)用,公共云計算平臺Windows Azure要更適合,它提供了廣域網(wǎng)支持并且穩(wěn)定還可自動調(diào)節(jié)吞吐量,最重要的價格低廉。首先解決了員工無法訪問的問題,其次,根據(jù)實(shí)際使用量得出,每月平均支出在10,000美元左右,全年不超過150,000美元,按以往經(jīng)驗(yàn)來來看,如果采用傳統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu),總IT支出約300,000美元,這給公司IT節(jié)約了約一半支出,同時,解決了員工無法接入的問題,提升了工作效率,也提高了公司管理效率。人力資源管理任何公司的管理核心,人力資源管理系統(tǒng)(Human Resources Management System)就成為公司管理信息系統(tǒng)的核心,所以,將人力資源管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計實(shí)現(xiàn)到云平臺上成為必然,本課題在參考了大量的國內(nèi)外關(guān)于云計算和人力資源管理系統(tǒng)的文獻(xiàn),并認(rèn)真研究了云計算平臺和類似的管理信息系統(tǒng),旨在解決本人所在公司ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan)管理信息系統(tǒng)相互獨(dú)立,人力資源信息過分冗余等問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)集中整合所有需要員工信息和員工登錄的其他信息系統(tǒng),去除現(xiàn)有ERP管理信息系統(tǒng)的員工基本信息的冗余,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息時時同步,實(shí)現(xiàn)單點(diǎn)登錄,提升系統(tǒng)的易用性。同時,本文所實(shí)現(xiàn)的基于云平臺Windows Azure的人力資源管理系統(tǒng)已在企業(yè)內(nèi)開始使用,由于云計算平臺由供應(yīng)商運(yùn)維并保證平臺的穩(wěn)定、性能和安全,降低了公司的運(yùn)營成本,所以對于我公司來說選擇云計算平臺并將人力資源管理系統(tǒng)部署到云端是一個正確的選擇。
[Abstract]:With the rise of cloud computing technology, especially the emergence of commercial cloud computing platforms such as Windows Azure and Amazon Web Service. Make this ondemand IT infrastructure operating model possible. For companies that base their core operating mechanisms on traditional IT infrastructure, to adapt to the changing market environment. The need for continuous change, that is, changes in the IT infrastructure, will depend on the agility of the IT infrastructure, so look for an adjustable, dynamic one. And one-time capital needs are not huge IT infrastructure to support the inevitable. This is on demand, adjustable. The cloud computing platform, which can automatically and dynamically adjust resources according to the number of visitors, has become an inevitable choice. Combined with the problem of our company's nearly 10, 000 employees scattered all over the country and working on the customer's scene can not access the management information system of the company's intranet. . Windows Azure, a public cloud computing platform, is better suited than the $80 to $1 million a year spent on Siger's Netscaler. It provides wide area network support and is stable and automatically adjusts throughput, the most important of which is low price. First, it solves the problem that employees can't access, and secondly, based on actual usage, the average monthly expenditure is 10. About $150,000, or less than $150,000 for the full year, and from past experience, total IT spending would be about $300,000 if traditional infrastructure were to be used. This saves about half of the company's IT expenses, solves the problem that employees can't access, improves productivity, and improves the efficiency of the company's management.Human resources manage the core of any company's management. Human Resources Management system has become the core of the company management information system, so. It is inevitable to design and implement the human resource management system on the cloud platform. This topic refers to a large number of literatures on cloud computing and human resources management system at home and abroad. And the cloud computing platform and similar management information systems have been carefully studied. The aim is to solve the problems of independent management information system and excessive redundancy of human resource information in my company ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan. Realize centralized integration of all other information systems that require employee information and employee login, remove the redundancy of the basic information of the existing ERP management information system, realize information synchronization and single sign-on. At the same time, the human resource management system based on the cloud platform Windows Azure has been used in the enterprise. Because the cloud computing platform is operated by the supplier and ensures the stability, performance and security of the platform, it reduces the operating cost of the company. So it is the right choice for our company to choose cloud computing platform and deploy human resource management system to the cloud.
