【摘要】：當(dāng)前,研發(fā)創(chuàng)新已成為企業(yè)的生存方式和時(shí)代鮮明的主題。研發(fā)創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展之基、市場制勝之道,并被視作決定企業(yè)核心競爭力的關(guān)鍵要素,無論是發(fā)達(dá)國家還是發(fā)展中國家都積極地制定和實(shí)施創(chuàng)新政策。但是面對日趨激烈復(fù)雜的國內(nèi)外市場競爭環(huán)境,企業(yè)要想通過國際化戰(zhàn)略充分利用國內(nèi)外兩個(gè)市場、兩種資源加快自身發(fā)展,就理應(yīng)更加積極地對待研發(fā)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)以持續(xù)獲取競爭優(yōu)勢。習(xí)近平總書記在十八大報(bào)告中也明確指出“要實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略……并堅(jiān)持企業(yè)在研發(fā)創(chuàng)新中的主體地位”。隨著中國在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化浪潮中所占的份額越來越大,加快“走出去”是中國企業(yè)的必然趨勢,也是充分發(fā)揮國際比較優(yōu)勢并擴(kuò)大自身企業(yè)規(guī)模的戰(zhàn)略選擇。中國企業(yè)大規(guī)模的開展國際化戰(zhàn)略,一方面會(huì)給企業(yè)自身帶來商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),但是另一方面也會(huì)給企業(yè)帶來巨大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。近年來,中國企業(yè)的國際化戰(zhàn)略一直是國內(nèi)外眾多學(xué)者的熱門研究話題,但是學(xué)術(shù)界對公司國際化戰(zhàn)略的探討大都側(cè)重于公司的國際化路徑、國際化的必備條件以及國際化的驅(qū)動(dòng)條件等方面,很少有研究涉及國際化戰(zhàn)略對企業(yè)研發(fā)創(chuàng)新行為的影響。但是在企業(yè)開展國際化戰(zhàn)略的進(jìn)程中,國際化擴(kuò)張到底會(huì)對企業(yè)的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力產(chǎn)生怎樣的影響?企業(yè)的“走出去”戰(zhàn)略能夠?qū)ρ邪l(fā)創(chuàng)新發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的促進(jìn)效應(yīng)嗎?對其可能的調(diào)節(jié)因素又是什么?這些問題都有待理論分析和實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。這也是本文展開相關(guān)研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā)點(diǎn)。因此,本文首先通過對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行探討,結(jié)合眾多學(xué)者關(guān)于企業(yè)國際化戰(zhàn)略以及研發(fā)創(chuàng)新的研究,并在準(zhǔn)確確定國際化戰(zhàn)略、研發(fā)創(chuàng)新等概念的基礎(chǔ)上提出了企業(yè)的國際化戰(zhàn)略水平會(huì)對企業(yè)的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生一定的影響,然后采用回歸模型測算評(píng)價(jià)了2008~2014年中國制造業(yè)上市公司的國際化戰(zhàn)略對自身研發(fā)創(chuàng)新的影響,結(jié)果顯示中國制造業(yè)的國際化戰(zhàn)略對自身研發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力的提升發(fā)揮了顯著的抑制作用。其次,本文還將企業(yè)的產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)、融資約束因素加入到上述的回歸模型中,運(yùn)用回歸模型探索企業(yè)的國際化戰(zhàn)略對自身研發(fā)創(chuàng)新的影響在不同的產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)、融資約束下會(huì)產(chǎn)生怎樣的變化,結(jié)果顯示:國際化戰(zhàn)略對企業(yè)研發(fā)創(chuàng)新的抑制作用只存在于非國有企業(yè)中;在國有企業(yè)中,國際化戰(zhàn)略對公司本身的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新并無影響;同時(shí),企業(yè)融資約束的緩解會(huì)強(qiáng)化企業(yè)國際化戰(zhàn)略對研發(fā)創(chuàng)新的負(fù)面效應(yīng)。最后文章對實(shí)證研究結(jié)果做出了理論解釋,并以海爾集團(tuán)國際化戰(zhàn)略以及韓國開展國際化戰(zhàn)略作為分析對象,為國內(nèi)企業(yè)在國際化戰(zhàn)略中如何提升研發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力提出了如下有效政策建議:1)重視培養(yǎng)企業(yè)的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力,提高研發(fā)投入力度;2)改善企業(yè)管理水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)管理的國際化;3)擴(kuò)大對國際人力資源的重視,實(shí)現(xiàn)人才的國際化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, R & D innovation has become a distinctive theme of the enterprise's survival mode and era. R & D innovation is the foundation of the enterprise's sustainable development, the way to win the market, and is regarded as the key factor to determine the core competitiveness of the enterprise. Both developed and developing countries actively formulate and implement innovative policies, but in the face of increasingly fierce and complex market competition environment at home and abroad. Enterprises want to make full use of the domestic and foreign two markets through the internationalization strategy, the two kinds of resources accelerate their own development. We should take a more active approach to R & D innovation activities in order to continue to gain a competitive advantage. General Secretary Xi Jinping made it clear in his 18 report that " We should implement the strategy of innovation-driven development and insist on the dominant position of enterprises in R & D innovation. "with the increasing share of China in the wave of economic globalization. Speeding up "going out" is the inevitable trend of Chinese enterprises, and it is also the strategic choice to give full play to the international comparative advantage and expand the scale of their own enterprises. On the one hand, it will bring business opportunities to enterprises, but on the other hand, it will also bring huge risks to enterprises. In recent years, the internationalization strategy of Chinese enterprises has been a hot topic for many scholars at home and abroad. However, most of the academic research on the internationalization strategy focuses on the internationalization path, the necessary conditions of internationalization and the driving conditions of internationalization. There are few studies on the impact of internationalization strategy on enterprise R & D innovation behavior, but in the process of enterprise internationalization strategy, how does international expansion affect the R & D innovation ability of enterprises? Can the "going out" strategy of enterprises play its due role in promoting R & D innovation? What are the possible regulatory factors? These problems need to be theoretical analysis and empirical test. This is also the realistic starting point of this paper. Therefore, this paper first through the relevant literature at home and abroad to explore. Combined with many scholars on the enterprise internationalization strategy and research and development innovation, and accurately determine the internationalization strategy. On the basis of the concept of R & D innovation, it is pointed out that the level of internationalization strategy will have a certain impact on the R & D innovation of enterprises. Then the regression model is used to estimate and evaluate the impact of the internationalization strategy of Chinese manufacturing listed companies on their R & D innovation from 2008 to 2014. The results show that the internationalization strategy of China's manufacturing industry has played a significant role in restraining the improvement of its R & D innovation ability. Secondly, this paper also discusses the property rights of enterprises. Financing constraints are added to the above regression model, using the regression model to explore the impact of enterprises' internationalization strategy on their own R & D innovation in different property rights, financing constraints will produce how to change. The results show that the inhibition effect of internationalization strategy on R & D innovation only exists in non-state-owned enterprises; In the state-owned enterprises, the internationalization strategy has no influence on the R & D innovation of the company itself; At the same time, the mitigation of corporate financing constraints will strengthen the negative effects of enterprise internationalization strategy on R & D innovation. Finally, the paper makes a theoretical explanation to the empirical research results. And the Haier group internationalization strategy and the Korean internationalization strategy as the analysis object. For domestic enterprises in the internationalization strategy how to improve R & D innovation capacity put forward the following effective policy recommendations: 1) attach importance to the cultivation of R & D innovation ability, improve R & D investment; 2) improving the level of enterprise management and realizing the internationalization of enterprise management; 3) pay more attention to international human resources and realize the international development of talents.
