【摘要】:文化傳承非一蹴可及,遺存文化亦是。隨著中國城市化的高速發(fā)展,城市的地域不斷擴(kuò)大,工業(yè)遺存的更生環(huán)境有著復(fù)雜的處理?xiàng)l件。其于城市發(fā)展進(jìn)程中所產(chǎn)生的尷尬與矛盾,考驗(yàn)著遺存應(yīng)當(dāng)保留下來的文化傳承機(jī)制,倘造成區(qū)域景觀生態(tài)環(huán)境上的退化,則將難以維護(hù),反易釀成二次廢墟等一系列問題。中國現(xiàn)今的工業(yè)遺存更生模式,常急于展現(xiàn)在形態(tài)上顯見的空間新象或換墻換皮的改造新衣。在結(jié)果論的表象下,工業(yè)遺存更生對于城市的意義,往往易流于階段性的曇花一現(xiàn),而疏于顧及更新系統(tǒng)的可持續(xù)循環(huán)。不良的工業(yè)遺存改造或拆建,將造成更新產(chǎn)業(yè)的形態(tài)趨同、人力資源的浪費(fèi)、區(qū)域文化的斷層以及城市規(guī)劃的高同構(gòu)性。因此,基于工業(yè)遺存在城市文化發(fā)展中的重要角色,傳承場所的精神性并與城市發(fā)展規(guī)劃融合,將對中國產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)造活力城市帶來重大意義。音樂的“形而上”形式,能經(jīng)由樂譜、頻率的秩序性得以為人類量化認(rèn)知演奏,然而建筑空間的精神情境表現(xiàn),確難有理可據(jù)。本研究嘗試探求“場所精神”與工業(yè)遺存的關(guān)系,藉由“量子糾纏”理論,推論糾纏效應(yīng)下,建筑空間與環(huán)境因子的關(guān)聯(lián)是可能穿越時空限制,呈現(xiàn)可作為定量定性分析的評價基礎(chǔ),藉以論證復(fù)蘇工業(yè)遺存的精神性能為場所的傳承起到正面可期的作用。本研究通過文獻(xiàn)與實(shí)場調(diào)研,總結(jié)德國工業(yè)遺存的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),于推論試導(dǎo)的過程中,借紅外線建筑成像技術(shù)作為遺存建筑的修繕基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)而評量組成場所相應(yīng)粒子之“信息”,重構(gòu)精神場境,并藉以德國模式的系統(tǒng)機(jī)制,維護(hù)“秩序”的可持續(xù)性,使工業(yè)遺存“精神性”的復(fù)蘇能具體化為可操控的手段。論文研究成果表明:(1)認(rèn)識工業(yè)遺存的復(fù)蘇,非僅以型態(tài)的研究處理為主要方法,而可能經(jīng)由微觀物理的量子力學(xué)理論借用,使遺存建筑回歸過去時空場境的工業(yè)精神性,從而在補(bǔ)充“場所精神”(GENIUS LOCI)理論之同時,實(shí)踐為后續(xù)研究提供可參用的理論支持。(2)藉由已證的“量子糾纏”效應(yīng),表述工業(yè)遺存的材料分子特性具有信息的秩序,而其總參與粒子與環(huán)境因子的糾纏,將影響新舊時空下場所微電磁的效應(yīng)。藉由回歸工業(yè)遺存場所的電磁穩(wěn)態(tài),重新調(diào)動組成分子間的信息秩序,即讓工業(yè)遺存與場所的環(huán)境分子發(fā)生更新糾纏,將能夠?qū)Σ磺逦木裥宰鬟壿嬐蒲莘治?從而更客觀的對遺存的“場所精神”以釋義。(3)借梳理德國對工業(yè)遺存的更生系統(tǒng)維護(hù)機(jī)制,輔以本研究關(guān)鍵性“場所精神”建構(gòu)程序,取精去糙提出綜合優(yōu)化建議策略,進(jìn)而對工業(yè)遺存更生后的維護(hù)導(dǎo)入PDCA循環(huán)模型,使得新工業(yè)遺存場所具可持續(xù)運(yùn)作機(jī)制,并達(dá)到精神性的傳承方法之效應(yīng)。

Therefore, the industry remains an important role in the development of city culture based on the spirit of heritage sites and integration with the city development plan, to China industrial innovation, creativity city brings great significance. This study attempts to explore the relationship between the "spirit of place" and industrial heritage, using quantum entanglement theory, entanglement inference, association of architectural space and environment factor is possible through the time limit present, evaluation can be used as the basis for the quantitative and qualitative analysis, to demonstrate the spirit of performance recovery of industrial heritage places for inheritance can play a positive role.
