【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,民營(yíng)企業(yè)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭銳不可擋,在國(guó)有經(jīng)濟(jì)中占據(jù)著舉足輕重的作用。不過(guò),近年來(lái)我國(guó)很多民營(yíng)企業(yè)出現(xiàn)了發(fā)展危機(jī),大量的民營(yíng)企業(yè)壽命不長(zhǎng),而且發(fā)展不大。究其原因,很多已經(jīng)倒閉或者正在面臨倒閉的民營(yíng)企業(yè)都是因?yàn)橥顿Y戰(zhàn)略不夠科學(xué)造成的。投資戰(zhàn)略是每一個(gè)企業(yè)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中都會(huì)涉及到的重要問(wèn)題,是決定企業(yè)能否壯大發(fā)展的根本因素,是達(dá)到企業(yè)總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的最基本的一種手段。因此,根據(jù)自身情況及環(huán)境隨時(shí)對(duì)其調(diào)整更是關(guān)乎每個(gè)民營(yíng)企業(yè)生死存亡的重中之重。在眾多民營(yíng)企業(yè)激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的背景下,MD公司如何才能一直保持投資優(yōu)勢(shì),就需要結(jié)合自身的投資戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的調(diào)整。本文基于產(chǎn)品生命周期理論與企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型理論等理論和投資戰(zhàn)略與戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究?jī)?nèi)容。首先,對(duì)MD公司發(fā)展歷程、研發(fā)歷程、財(cái)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)情況和現(xiàn)有投資戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行概述,并利用定量和定性分析的方法,對(duì)投資戰(zhàn)略中的財(cái)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀、組織管理現(xiàn)狀、研發(fā)現(xiàn)狀、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)現(xiàn)狀、生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,從而得出現(xiàn)有的投資戰(zhàn)略為密集型投資戰(zhàn)略。然后,對(duì)MD公司現(xiàn)有投資戰(zhàn)略中存在的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,包括財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略協(xié)調(diào)性不夠、公司組織管理不合理、產(chǎn)品研發(fā)和市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)不夠完善、投資戰(zhàn)略監(jiān)督管理體系不健全等問(wèn)題。接著,通過(guò)對(duì)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行PEST分析、對(duì)所在行業(yè)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品生命周期和五力模型分析、SWOT分析,定位得出適合MD公司的投資戰(zhàn)略為多元化投資戰(zhàn)略;并根據(jù)投資戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整的原則、目標(biāo)、步驟和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分別設(shè)計(jì)。最后,本文從拓展融資渠道、優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu)體系、優(yōu)化人力資源配置、建立投資戰(zhàn)略管控體系等各方面的提出措施保障。希望本文對(duì)MD公司投資戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整的研究結(jié)論,可以對(duì)其它民營(yíng)企業(yè)的投資戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整提供一定的借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, the development momentum of the private enterprises is unstoppable, which plays an important role in the state-owned economy. However, in recent years, many private enterprises in our country have appeared the development crisis. A large number of private enterprise life is not long, and the development is not big. Many private enterprises that have closed down or are facing closure are due to the lack of scientific investment strategy. Investment strategy is an important issue that every enterprise will involve in the process of development. It is the basic factor to decide whether the enterprise can grow and develop, and it is the most basic means to reach the overall strategic goal of the enterprise. According to their own circumstances and the environment at any time to adjust it is related to the survival of each private enterprise is the most important. In the context of many private enterprises fierce competition in order to maintain the investment advantage of MD company. This paper based on the theory of product life cycle and enterprise transformation theory and investment strategy and strategic adjustment domestic and foreign related research content. MD company's development history, R & D process, financial operation and existing investment strategy are summarized, and using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, the investment strategy in the financial situation, the status quo of organization and management. The present situation of R & D, marketing and production management are analyzed, and the existing investment strategy is concluded as intensive investment strategy. Then, the main problems in MD company's existing investment strategy are analyzed. Including the financial strategy coordination is not enough, the company organization and management is unreasonable, product research and development and market development is not perfect, investment strategy supervision and management system is not perfect and so on. Through the PEST analysis of the external environment, the product life cycle and the five-force model analysis of the industry, find out that the investment strategy suitable for MD company is diversified investment strategy. And according to the principles, objectives, steps and content of investment strategy adjustment design. Finally, this paper from the expansion of financing channels, optimize the organizational structure system, optimize the allocation of human resources. It is hoped that the conclusions of this paper can be used for reference and reference for the adjustment of investment strategy of other private enterprises.
