【摘要】：隨著信息化建設(shè)在自治區(qū)人力資源和社會(huì)保障的推進(jìn),人社數(shù)據(jù)信息資源越來(lái)越豐富。針對(duì)人力資源和社會(huì)保障中各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,應(yīng)用交換庫(kù)中的數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)政策的執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行校驗(yàn),對(duì)其中的異常情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警,對(duì)內(nèi)部進(jìn)行監(jiān)督考核,為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策提供智力支持,促進(jìn)人力資源和社會(huì)保障管理工作向科學(xué)化、精細(xì)化方向發(fā)展,提高管理和服務(wù)的能力。本文所設(shè)計(jì)的是社保應(yīng)用管理系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)主要包括總體情況、參保征集、待遇支付、運(yùn)行分析、平衡測(cè)算、統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表、系統(tǒng)管理和配置管理8個(gè)功能模塊。論文對(duì)社保應(yīng)用管理系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)背景進(jìn)行分析,分析了電子政務(wù)的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。系統(tǒng)所使用的核心技術(shù)進(jìn)行概述,本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)是基于J2EE架構(gòu)的,所使用的編程語(yǔ)言為Java語(yǔ)言,系統(tǒng)使用R語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行計(jì)算,使用Echarts對(duì)模型數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行展示。通過(guò)ETL對(duì)生產(chǎn)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行清洗、對(duì)照、加載得到模型可使用的數(shù)據(jù)�？赏ㄟ^(guò)mdx語(yǔ)句在查詢數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)從Essbase模型中查詢數(shù)據(jù)。系統(tǒng)的后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。在系統(tǒng)的需求分析中對(duì)社保應(yīng)用管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)從功能模塊劃分、系統(tǒng)的用例、系統(tǒng)的視圖以及系統(tǒng)的性能四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了分析。分別設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)、ETI邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)字典。另外對(duì)系統(tǒng)的兩個(gè)模塊系統(tǒng)管理和配置管理進(jìn)行了功能結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和類的設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)中對(duì)ETL的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明,介紹了系統(tǒng)各個(gè)模塊的功能和界面,最后系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。此系統(tǒng)利用現(xiàn)代化技術(shù)完成應(yīng)用管理系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)能夠全面支持決策分析工作,有利于提高決策水平,對(duì)完善和提高人力資源社會(huì)保障管理體系具有非常重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the informatization construction in the autonomous region to promote human resources and social security, and social information resources more abundant. According to the analysis of the relationship between the various business of human resources and social security in the application of data exchange in the library, the school of policy implementation experience, the abnormal situation of the monitoring and early warning. Examination of the internal supervision, to provide intellectual support for leadership decision-making, promote human resources and social security management to scientific, fine direction, improve the ability of management and service. The design is the application of social security management system. The system mainly includes the overall situation, insurance benefits payment, collection, operation analysis, balance calculation statistical reports, 8 function modules of system management and configuration management. The development background of the application of social security management system analysis, analysis of e-government at home and abroad The current situation of the development. The core technology used by the system are summarized, the design of this system is based on J2EE architecture, the programming language used for the Java language, use R language to calculate, using the Echarts model for data display. By ETL for cleaning of production data were obtained using data loading model the mdx statement in the query. The data from the Essbase model data query system. The backstage database is Oracle database. In the system demand analysis on the application of social security management system from the functional modules, the system use cases, analyzes four aspects of system view and system performance of the system are designed. The ETI architecture, data architecture, logical structure, data dictionary. In addition to the two system module system management and configuration management for the design of functional structure and the real system. Now in the implementation of ETL in detail, introduces the function and interface of each module of the system, the system is tested. This system uses modern technology to complete the application management system, system can fully support the decision analysis, is helpful to improve the decision-making level, is very important to improve and enhance the human resources and social security management system has the significance.
