【摘要】：目的研究深圳市龍崗區(qū)殘疾人的功能現(xiàn)狀,探討建立包容性康復(fù)服務(wù)模式。方法使用世界衛(wèi)生組織殘疾評定量表(WHO-DAS 2.0)(國際中文版)對深圳市龍崗區(qū)499名殘疾人進(jìn)行評定,并對龍崗區(qū)殘疾人的包容性發(fā)展模式與實(shí)踐進(jìn)行總結(jié)。結(jié)果被調(diào)查殘疾人功能狀況表現(xiàn)為理解與交流、身體移動(dòng)、生活自理、與人相處、生活活動(dòng)和社會(huì)參與輕度障礙。龍崗區(qū)基于包容性發(fā)展方法,構(gòu)建涉及全部殘疾類別和覆蓋所有功能障礙的包容性服務(wù)和支持體系。結(jié)論探索構(gòu)建涉及全部殘疾類別和覆蓋所有功能障礙的包容性服務(wù)和支持體系,并在服務(wù)理念、服務(wù)方式方法以及融合社會(huì)資源、轉(zhuǎn)介服務(wù)和人力資源開發(fā)等方面均做了有益的探索。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the status of persons with disabilities in Longgang District of Shenzhen City, explore the establishment of an inclusive rehabilitation service model. Using the method of WHO Disability Rating Scale (WHO-DAS 2) (International Chinese Edition) were used to evaluate 499 disabled persons in Longgang District of Shenzhen City, and the mode of development and Practice of Longgang District Disabled People inclusive were summarized. Results the disabled function of performance for understanding and communication, body movement, daily life, get along with people, life activities and social participation in mild disorder. Longgang District inclusive development based on the method of constructing and involving all disability categories covering all inclusive service and support system dysfunction. Conclusion relates to all types of disabilities and explore the construction of covering all inclusive service and dysfunction the support system, and in the service concept, service methods and the integration of social resources, referral service and human resources. Useful exploration has been made in source development and so on.
