【摘要】:作為勞動(dòng)密集型行業(yè),經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店需要較多的人力資源,可以吸收大量的社會(huì)勞動(dòng)力。然而,由于其發(fā)展歷程較短,各項(xiàng)人才管理制度尚不完善,加之激烈的行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)如今的經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店人才流失嚴(yán)重,持續(xù)高漲的人才流失率已經(jīng)給酒店的日常管理工作和經(jīng)營(yíng)運(yùn)作帶來(lái)相當(dāng)大的問題,也給酒店的人力資源管理造成了相當(dāng)大的難度。一方面,較高的人力資源流失率會(huì)造成酒店服務(wù)質(zhì)量的下降、客源的減少,會(huì)對(duì)酒店品牌造成不利影響,進(jìn)而使得酒店市場(chǎng)占有率降低,酒店市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力減弱;另一方面,人力資源流失會(huì)引發(fā)人才流失,從而降低了企業(yè)的軟實(shí)力,增加了酒店的人力資源成本,最終影響到經(jīng)營(yíng)成本,降低酒店的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,減少經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。因此,如何沖破人力資源流失對(duì)其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力發(fā)展的限制,成為經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店發(fā)展的重中之重。本文立足于整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店行業(yè),以如家酒店為例,從多個(gè)角度論述了經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店人力資源流失的特點(diǎn)以及頻繁的人員流動(dòng)對(duì)酒店造成的危害,并分別從行業(yè)、酒店內(nèi)部、個(gè)人因素三個(gè)方面深入分析研究造成酒店人力資源高流失率的原因,最后,有針對(duì)性地提出了防止人才流失的策略。希望能促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的人力資源管理水平的提高,減少其人員流失,促進(jìn)該行業(yè)更好更快的發(fā)展。沈陽(yáng)如家酒店在人力資源的數(shù)量、結(jié)構(gòu)、質(zhì)量方面都存在著與現(xiàn)在如家酒店發(fā)展所要求比較明顯的差距,這也直接導(dǎo)致沈陽(yáng)如家酒店的人力資源流失率很高。從整體發(fā)展?fàn)顩r來(lái)看,與星級(jí)酒店相比較,如家酒店在戰(zhàn)略制定、目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)劃分、產(chǎn)品特征體現(xiàn)等方面均存在顯著差異。而且,如家酒店在人才結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、管理能力等方面也無(wú)法與星級(jí)酒店保持一致性水平,如何管理人才成為當(dāng)前整個(gè)行業(yè)都十分關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。本文對(duì)沈陽(yáng)如家酒店的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,指出人力資源流失率較高的原因。對(duì)如家酒店人力資源流失現(xiàn)狀及存在問題進(jìn)行分析并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:As a labor-intensive industry, Econo Hotel requires more manpower resources, can absorb a lot of social labor. However, due to the relatively short history of development, the personnel management system is not perfect, coupled with the fierce competition in the industry, leading to the Econo Hotel is now serious brain drain, has brought considerable problems for the daily management of the hotel work and operating loss of rising talent, but also to the hotel human resources management has caused considerable difficulty. On the one hand, decreased high wastage rate of human resources will cause the quality of hotel service, customer is reduced, would adversely affect the hotel brand, which makes the hotel market share decreased, weakening the hotel market competitiveness; on the other hand, the loss of human resources will lead to the loss of talented people, so as to reduce the company's soft power, increase the cost of hotel human resources, Ultimately affect the operating costs, reduce the core competitiveness of the hotel, reduce economic benefits. Therefore, how to break through the loss of human resources for the development of the core competitiveness of the restrictions, become the priority among priorities of Econo Hotel development. Based on the Econo Hotel industry, with Home Inn as an example, the harm caused by the loss of human resources and frequent Econo Hotel the hotel staff turnover discussed from multiple perspectives, and from within the hotel industry, the three aspects of individual factors, in-depth analysis of the hotel human resources caused by the high turnover rate, finally, put forward to prevent the loss of talent strategy. To promote the Econo Hotel, raising the level of human resource management, reduce the loss of personnel, and promote the industry better and faster development. Shenyang Home Inn in the number of human resources, structure, quality aspects There is a gap between the obvious and the present Home Inn development requirements, which led directly to the Home Inn in Shenyang human resource loss rate is very high. From the development status of the whole, compared with the star hotel, the Home Inn in the strategy, target market segmentation, product features and other aspects. And there were significant differences in the talent, Home Inn the structure design, management ability, and no star hotel consistent level, the current hot issues in the industry are very concerned about how to become a talent management. In this paper, the status quo of Shenyang Home Inn is analyzed, pointed out that the reason for a higher rate of loss of human resources. Analyze the current situation of human resource loss to Home Inn and existing problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures advice.
