【摘要】：正人才是經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的第一資源。黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平總書記把科教興國、人才強國和創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略擺在國家發(fā)展全局的核心位置,高度重視人才工作,提出一系列新思想、新論斷、新要求。習(xí)總書記指出:辦好中國的事情,關(guān)鍵在黨,關(guān)鍵在人,關(guān)鍵在人才。綜合國力競爭說到底是人才競爭。要加大改革落實工作力度,把《關(guān)于深化人才發(fā)展體制機制改革的意見》落到實處,加快構(gòu)建具有全球競爭力的人才制度體系,聚天下英才而用之。高校人才是人
