【摘要】:在這個充滿競爭的年代,誰手中握有的人力資源最多,誰就能在眾多競爭者中脫穎而出。對于公司而言,人力資源是一種寶貴的財富,雖然它沒有實體形態(tài),但是卻對公司開展日常管理工作起到了至關(guān)重要的作用。薪酬在人力資源管理中起著十分重要的作用。它對于人才的挖掘、尋找、留存和提升扮演了很重要的角色。本文以A乳業(yè)有限公司為研究對象,在古典薪酬理論與現(xiàn)代薪酬理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對其人力資源管理,特別是薪酬管理現(xiàn)狀的詳細分析和研究,深入剖析薪酬管理中存在的主要問題及形成原因,提出有針對性的解決方案,以期對中小乳品企業(yè)薪酬體系改革和完善起到一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒作用,從而有效提升企業(yè)經(jīng)營業(yè)績和競爭能力。論文的研究共有六個部分,第一部分為緒論,包含研究的背景、目的、意義、研究方法與思路及文獻綜述;第二部分為薪酬理論,包括古典薪酬理論與現(xiàn)代薪酬理論;第三部分為A乳業(yè)公司的現(xiàn)狀與存在問題,主要采用問卷調(diào)查的方法進行具體分析、研究A乳業(yè)有限公司薪酬的現(xiàn)狀與薪酬體系存在的主要問題;第四部分為論文的核心部分,根據(jù)A乳業(yè)有限公司薪酬現(xiàn)狀存在的問題,提出了新的優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案,并論證了預(yù)期成果;第五部分為優(yōu)化方案的保障措施,從外部環(huán)境、組織制度、文化建設(shè)等方面提出了相關(guān)措施;第六部分為結(jié)論與展望,通過對A乳業(yè)有限公司薪酬方案的優(yōu)化設(shè)計,達到了預(yù)期的效果,并找出了本次研究中存在的不足,以期在以后的研究中得以改正。
[Abstract]:In this competitive era, who holds the most human resources in the hands, who can stand out in many competitors. For the company, human resources is a valuable wealth, although it has no physical form. Compensation plays a very important role in human resource management. It is very important for the mining and searching of talents. Retention and promotion play a very important role. This paper takes A Dairy Co., Ltd. as the research object, on the basis of classical salary theory and modern salary theory, through the human resources management. In particular, the detailed analysis and study of the current situation of salary management, in-depth analysis of the main problems in the pay management and the causes of formation, put forward targeted solutions. With a view to small and medium-sized dairy enterprises pay system reform and improve play a certain role in guidance and reference, so as to effectively improve the business performance and competitiveness of enterprises. There are six parts of the paper, the first part is the introduction. Including the research background, purpose, significance, research methods and ideas and literature review; The second part is the salary theory, including classical salary theory and modern salary theory. The third part is the status quo and existing problems of A Dairy Company, mainly using the method of questionnaire to analyze the compensation of A Dairy Co., Ltd., and the main problems of salary system of A Dairy Co., Ltd. The 4th part is the core part of the thesis. According to the problems existing in the salary situation of A Dairy Co., Ltd., a new optimal design scheme is put forward and the expected results are demonstrated. The 5th part puts forward the relevant measures from the external environment, the organization system, the cultural construction and so on. The 6th part is the conclusion and prospect, through the optimization design of the salary scheme of A Dairy Co., Ltd., the expected effect has been achieved, and the deficiency of this study has been found out, in order to correct it in the future research.
