【摘要】：如何針對企業(yè)的實際生產(chǎn)情況來具體確定產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)培訓(xùn)的重點?就此類問題,筆者摒棄了之前學(xué)者較多采用的套用式分析模式,嘗試通過自主構(gòu)建理論分析模型的方式來提高研究的針對性。通過三個環(huán)節(jié)的分析論證,給出了一種產(chǎn)業(yè)最優(yōu)配置模型。隨后,選取5家實證對象,基于上述理論模型展開實證分析,為企業(yè)深入發(fā)展確定了培訓(xùn)的關(guān)鍵點和核心點。由此提高了實證對象的產(chǎn)出水平,為企業(yè)培訓(xùn)提供了一種全新的發(fā)展思路。
[Abstract]:According to the actual production situation of enterprises to focus on specific industry related training? These problems, the author abandons the apply analysis mode before scholars used more and more, try to build independent theoretical analysis model to improve the pertinence of the research. Through the analysis of three aspects, gives a kind of optimal allocation of industry model. Then, selected 5 empirical object, the empirical analysis carried out based on the theoretical model, determine the key points of the training and the core point for the further development of enterprises. To improve the output level of an object, which provides a new idea for the development of enterprise training.
