【摘要】：安徽省把握建設(shè)長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的百年機(jī)遇,依靠承東啟西接南連北的地理優(yōu)勢(shì),緊跟東部產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的步伐,結(jié)合自身人力、資源特長(zhǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)承接,省內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)力得以邁上新臺(tái)階。值得一提的是,在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)的新常態(tài)下,拉動(dòng)安徽省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的的外貿(mào)經(jīng)濟(jì)相較于沿海沿邊省份確實(shí)是缺乏優(yōu)勢(shì)的。能否通過推動(dòng)國(guó)際物流業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)服務(wù)水平以提升國(guó)際貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,關(guān)乎著安徽省經(jīng)濟(jì)能否持續(xù)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。將安徽省定為研究對(duì)象目的是分析省內(nèi)國(guó)際物流業(yè)與國(guó)際貿(mào)易的聯(lián)系。首先,梳理了貿(mào)易理論中涉及國(guó)際物流、國(guó)際貿(mào)易相互關(guān)系,并闡述了安徽省國(guó)際物流產(chǎn)業(yè)及國(guó)際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展情況。接著,選取五個(gè)國(guó)際物流要素并闡述了各自對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易的具體影響機(jī)理,這五個(gè)指標(biāo)分別是:港口貨物吞吐量、集裝箱吞吐量、載貨汽車數(shù)量、貨物周轉(zhuǎn)量里程(包含航空、鐵路和公路)、物流信息化。在實(shí)證方面,通過格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)定性的驗(yàn)證這五個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)安徽省國(guó)際貿(mào)易的存在著長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的聯(lián)系和明顯的Granger因果聯(lián)系;然后通過Copula函數(shù)定量分析五個(gè)國(guó)際物要素對(duì)省內(nèi)貿(mào)易的不同影響程度。最后,在結(jié)合安徽省實(shí)際情況與借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出國(guó)際物流與國(guó)際貿(mào)易協(xié)同發(fā)展的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:Anhui province grasps the opportunity of building the Yangtze River economic belt for a hundred years, relies on the geographical advantage of connecting east, east, west and south to north, following the pace of industrial transfer in the east, combining its own manpower and resources to realize industry undertaking. The comprehensive economic strength of the province has reached a new level. It is worth mentioning that under the new normal conditions of industrial structure optimization and upgrading. The foreign trade economy that stimulates the economic growth of Anhui Province is indeed lack of advantages compared with the coastal provinces. Can we promote the competitiveness of international trade by upgrading the service level of the international logistics industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the international logistics industry and international trade in Anhui Province. First of all, it combs the trade theory involving international logistics. The relationship between international trade and the development of international logistics industry and international trade in Anhui Province is expounded. Then, five elements of international logistics are selected and their specific influence mechanisms on international trade are expounded. These five indicators are: Port cargo throughput, container throughput, the number of vehicles loaded, cargo turnover mileage (including aviation, railway and highway, logistics information). Through the Granger causality test qualitative verification of the five indicators to Anhui international trade has a long-term stable relationship and obvious Granger causal link; Then through the Copula function quantitative analysis of the five elements of international trade in different degrees of impact in the province. Finally, in combination with the actual situation of Anhui Province and learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad on the basis of. The countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of international logistics and international trade are put forward.
