【摘要】：目的調(diào)查三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院急診科護(hù)士對(duì)醫(yī)院安全氛圍感知的現(xiàn)狀。方法便利選取全國29個(gè)省、市、自治區(qū)共114所三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院866名急診科護(hù)士,采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的一般資料問卷和中文版醫(yī)院安全氛圍量表進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果醫(yī)院安全氛圍總均分為(3.97±0.61)分,單因素方差分析結(jié)果顯示,不同學(xué)歷和聘用形式的急診科護(hù)士醫(yī)院安全氛圍得分具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論急診科護(hù)士對(duì)醫(yī)院安全氛圍總體感知較好,但安全工作的阻礙、工作環(huán)境的清潔度和整潔度方面有待進(jìn)一步改善,建議醫(yī)院安全氛圍的建設(shè)在人力資源合理配置和急診工作環(huán)境方面進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the present situation of nurses' perception of hospital safety atmosphere in emergency department of Grade 3A Hospital. Methods 866 nurses in emergency departments of 114 Grade 3A hospitals in 29 provinces, cities and autonomous regions of China were selected conveniently. A self-designed questionnaire of general information and Chinese version of hospital safety atmosphere scale were used. Results the total score of hospital safety atmosphere was 3.97 鹵0.61, and the results of univariate analysis of variance showed that the total score of hospital safety atmosphere was 3.97 鹵0.61. The scores of safety atmosphere of emergency department nurses with different educational background and employment form were statistically different (P 0.05). Conclusion the nurses of emergency department have a good overall perception of hospital safety atmosphere, but the obstacles of safety work. The cleanliness and cleanliness of the working environment need to be further improved. It is suggested that the construction of hospital safety atmosphere should be further strengthened in terms of rational allocation of human resources and emergency working environment.
