【摘要】：正為推進落實國家教育規(guī)劃綱要和教育部關(guān)于《教育信息化十年發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2011-2020年)》的總體部署,在整個互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)日新月異變化的大背景下,如何更好地通過教育信息化促進教育的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展,促進高等教育的主動、及時應(yīng)對,這對于提高教育質(zhì)量、構(gòu)建人力資源強國都有戰(zhàn)略性的重大意義。
[Abstract]:In order to advance the implementation of the National Plan for Education Planning and the general deployment of the Ministry of Education on the Ten - Year Development Plan of Education Informatization ( 2011 - 2020 ) , how to promote the modernization of education through the education informationization better , promote the active and timely response of the higher education through the education informationization in the large background of the change of the whole Internet industry , this is of great significance to the improvement of the quality of education and the construction of the powerful country of human resources .
